Beautiful resort! Delicious food. Great service. Beach party was fun. Shows are entertaining. Lady, Niko, Daylin, Wilkin were terrific and work so hard for the guests. All the staff are great. These are the ones I remember. My girls enjoyed karaoke. We enjoyed the coffee shop but the cappuccino in the buffet was my favorite. We plan to return again.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation
Incredible experience! You will love every minute of it. All of the restaurants are incredible, and the staff becomes like family. They really know how to help create special memories for your entire trip. Our favorite restaurant was Olios, and Manny is totally the best Bulter ever!

A great staff
We enjoyed a girls trip to Secrets Royal Beach. Around the pool, Lady took amazing care of us. We also enjoyed visiting with Niko and Alta, all such kind people! We appreciated Dany as our waiter at Himitsu and he was so friendly each time we saw him at the resort in the following days. A visit with Nery at Coco Café was a joyful way to start each day.

Vacation
The service is amazing, the staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make your visit the best and made you feel like you are so special. Can't wait to go back. Super D ( Diar) the butler was very helpful and reached out everyday to make sure we were happy and didn't need anything. She answered all our questions and was amazing.

A hidden little gem
Just returned last night from an amazing week at SRB. This was actually our second trip here but 8 years ago it was still Now Larimar. We were ushered directly to the preferred lounge for check in. We had booked 2 preferred club tropical view rooms and both were upgraded to pc pool view. 1 room was in building 2, the other in building 3. The room in building 3 overlooked the PC lazy pool. They call it a lazy river but there is no current and truly just a long skinny pool that is connected to the PC infinity pool. Ruddy was our butler and did a great job. We're pretty low maintenance but it was great having a point person to ask the odd questions. He did decorate our daughter's room for her birthday and had a small cake and sparkling wine delivered. Butlers aren't allowed to make dinner reservations, aside from the hibachi, or save pool chairs any more so the opportunity to assist is pretty limited. I assume they could have additional liquor delivered to your room or help with excursions. He did check in each day with an update on his schedule and the activities for the day. The food was great everywhere although sometimes it could have been a bit hotter. Highly recommend the beef steak at Bourdoux, it's truly a filet mignon that could be cut with a butter knife! Their creme brulee was also delicious. The sushi at Himistu was delicious. Make sure to try the rum ice cream at the buffet! The drinks were fantastic everywhere. Definitely try the passion fruit mojitos, Secrets Royal Beach and the mango tangos. The choco monkeys were great too. We didn't catch all of the shows but the ones we did were great as well as the entertainment beforehand. The staff works their butts off but there is always a smile on their faces. Language is a little more challenging than in Mexico but their eyes light up when you attempt to speak Spanish. If you're able, try to tip as they certainly earn it. A shout out to our butler, Ruddy, who made sure everything was taken care of. Freddy at the PC bar at the lazy pool who always made sure our cups were full. Sammy Sosa at the PC infinity pool bar as well as the rest of his team. Modesto at the breakfast buffet who always has a smile on his face and managed to make even breakfast seem special. There are so many others who went above and beyond to make our vacation extra special but unfortunately I didn't catch everyone's name. And make sure you visit El Sexy at the Barefoot grill to get his sexy cheeseburgers and sexy ice cream. We did utilize the spa for hydrotherapy. The spa is very small and the hydrotherapy circuit wasn't the best we've experienced but it also wasn't the worst. Al though the pool chair game was very rampant, we never had an issue getting chairs. It's too bad so many are 'taken' but the people never seen to come back to use them. The cabanas along the lazy pool are first come first serve and it depended upon the day whether they were all taken or not. We will definitely be returning in the future!
