Mar 17, 2025A good mix of both worlds
This resort is nice for those that want a bit of party and relaxation together. If you are staying on the Secrets side, you can roam the whole property over to the Breathless side for a more upbeat/party vibe and then retreat to your tranquility on the Secrets side. The food was just OK. Buffet was what you would expect for resort buffet. Silk City and Coquette are very good. We wish the beachfront was better and our next trip we will make that more of a priority on our wish list. The rooms were clean (and cold), spacious and nice. Be aware, the road out to the resort is a dirt/caliche road that is VERY bumpy.

Daniel, Adria and Juan were the absolute best. They kept the place running at the pool and kept every guest happy and content. They were so pleasant and that is the reason we will come back. Please make sure they reward it for their loyalty and commitment to customer service.

Great adult getaway
Great place to stay excellent wait staff, rooms are beautiful and food and assortment of fresh fish fantastic. Adult only, casual and relaxed resort, easy to get to from Airport. Safe! Good choice of restaurants, great entertainment, live music at pool and in evenings.

Family Spring Break 2025
A most excellent week of fine food, drink, and awesome service at a truly 5-star resort. Everything from room amenities to cleanliness to staff attentiveness is first class, in a smaller, more intimate resort. Highly recommended. Would definitely consider again when visiting Mexico.

We loved Secrets Riviera Cancun!
We had such a wonderful time. Top notch service. Our bartenders in Preferred club were amazing - Luis and Jesus. Loved Luis’ dirty martinis and lavender martinis. The entertainment coordinators at the pool (Luis, Steven and Andres) were so much fun. We exercised and played trivia games. Daniel the pool concierge was so helpful. He brought towels and moved our umbrellas around to keep us in the shade. The food was amazing. So many great food options. Mar at the pool was so nice and kept our drinks filled. Highly recommend Secrets Riviera Cancun!! Five stars!!
