Amazing staff and amenities. The food was delicious at all the places we tried. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel, gardens and rooms were beautiful and well maintained.

Bike tour
Fernando and Ivan were the greatest bike tour guides that any person could ever ask for!!! Recommend them specifically!

Amazing stay
It was the best relaxing vacation my wife and I ever had. We came here for our honeymoon and we do not regret it. It was an amazing experience and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. We met Ivan, activities advisor, he was very helpful, and informed us of the activities going on in the week we stayed. Ivan is a pretty cool guy and best staff member they have!

A wonderful getaway
The mix of ocean and mountain views make this Secrets really special. We stayed preferred and really loved the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the preferred pool. The preferred lounge could be bigger but we are really glad we chose to stay preferred and would definitely do it again! The food was pretty good. We enjoyed the appetizers at the restaurants more than the main dishes. Himitsu and El Patio were our favorites!!! I have to give a shoot out to Luis Garcia! I looked forward to his refreshing facial spritzes and cold cloths for your face every day! It always felt amazing! Not to mention the sunglasses cleaning! It was top notch service! I also have to give praise to Usi at El Himitsu! His service was amazing. I had told him about a drink I had the night before at El Patio but didn’t remember the name or what was in it. Less than 10 mins later I had one in front of me! We will definitely be back to this Secrets!

Just home from a 7 day trip. Honestly we have stayed here so many times I cannot remember the exact number. We continue to return for so many reasons, including the location. The resort is in an amazing location overlooking the ocean with views for miles. All of the restaurants and food options are wonderful. I have to give a shout out to room service breakfast. It was amazing. We are not room service people and typically not breakfast people so we’re definitely surprised by how great it was. We ate at El patio the Mexican restaurant three times highly recommend don’t miss it. I could go on.. I’d like to acknowledge the amazing staff at the resort as they are who go above and beyond to make sure all guests, happy! Please forgive me if I miss anyone out you are all amazing! Bartenders: Carlos, Marco, Pablo and Cruz. They worked so hard. We thank you! Jose bar supervisor. I definitely appreciate him finding my favorite drink, and bringing it to the bar. Fernanda and Naricos the pool concierge staff went out of their way every day to make sure our Bali bed was set up prior to our arrival and we had enough towels thank you both so much. The endless hard working pool servers goes without saying thank you, thank you, thank you to all Solomon, Lisette, Leonardo and Genna. Shout out to Lionel one of the managers who checked on us several times during our stay. We appreciate you beyond words. Obviously your caring ways has rubbed off on staff.
