Miguel, Carlos, Sergio, and Fernando plus many other happy, helpful people made this a wonderful week for us. Food is good, entertainment and great drinks are all top quality. Swim out room?? We think having a room higher up with a balcony will be a better fit for us next time. The presentation for buying into their program is high pressure and I would skip unless you just want discounts on golf or spa ect. Overall wonderful trip!!!

Beautiful resort
Beautiful resort with lots of great amenities. We enjoyed staying at Secrets! The food was pretty good and the service was amazing. The resort is set on a golf course, which was nice to walk in the morning. The waves were SO loud you could hear them all night, which didn’t bother me. The beach is kind of a walk to get to but they have a bar on it and chairs to lay on. We would definitely go back

Wonderful All-Inclusive Resort in Cabo!
Wonderful stay and experience. Beautiful property and location. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Grounds and amenities were top notch. Staff and service were fantastic! Highly recommend a round of golf, and make sure to get some tacos at the Comfort stations around the course!

Best vacation with family and friends at the Secrets Puerto Los Cabos!
First off, Valentin with UVC was by far the best and catered to us and our group each and every day. He helped us book dinners and asked how he can help us make our experience better. Valentín was fantastic during our stay and consider him to be a great asset to the Resort. For the entertainment group, we had the pleasure of meeting Fernando, Miguel, Axel, Frank and the crew. They were the best people for the job and Fernando went above and beyond to make us feel at home with the right entertainment during our stay. The bike ride was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who is seeking to explore the marina. For dinner we had the pleasure of being served by Jesus at El Patio! He was delightful and we felt taken care of. Along with dinner group, we loved the Himitsu Crew! They made the experience each time worth the while. Best team for dinner hands down.

Celebrated my 60th birthday party with family, friends, and my travel club. For ten years, we've supported the Secrets brand. Since taken over by Hyatt, it appears the quality of service has deteriorated. In previous years, double rooms were accommodated with double beds, since everyone in our group is not a couple. Two men should not have to share a bed. I'm sorry but offering a cot with the type of money we paid for a week is unacceptable. I was very disappointed.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
