Jun 19, 2025Honeymooners that couldn’t honeymoon
Secrets resort in Puerto Los Cabo’s was our honeymoon destination. It was beautiful. The food was great. The spa date was our favorite. The staff was amazing! Our room was beautiful and clean. The only issue I had with this resort was the constant interruptions while we were in our room. Mind you we are on our honeymoon with a sign on our door that said “honeymooners”. There wasn’t a do not disturb sign we could use. There was someone constantly everyday buzzing us asking if we needed anything. I mean at least 5 times a day. It became an annoyance. Mind you we were preferred guest and the name to contact if we needed anything that wasn’t already provided. The scary thing was if you didn’t answer their buzz quick enough they would just walk in. This was disturbing to me as a woman. The resort is awesome, but they really need to work on these interruptions.

Secrets Los Cabos was a great experience we went for my wife’s 50th birthday. The resort was clean the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great my favorite was Himitstu Hibachi it was fantastic overall everything was good.

This was our 2nd time to this property they have done nothing to set themselves apart from any other property....the golf course attached to property has been claiming that they will be adding another 9 holes for 14 years now according to starter....golf course is over priced for what it is ...much better golf course in area for less money.....service was outstanding we must have had a half dozen calls to our room to ask if we needed anything.....property is becoming dated needs upgrades and updated too far away from Los Cabos (Cabs too expensive) will be staying closer to Los Cabos upon our next trip to Los Cabos. I think there is better value for the same amount of money in Los Cabos.

Portofino Restaurant - Christian was our server and beyond amazing. Great hospitality and made our meal so enjoyable. Thank you for being so friendly and welcoming.

Great Cabo trip!!
This is definitely a top tier resort to visit! I can’t wait to go back! The food is so fresh, delicious and worth every single bite! Activities available both on and off resort were amazing and the staff was great at letting everyone know about what was happening that day!
