Anniversary Trip 2025
Absolutely loved our time there. Knowing it was closing soon for renovation I was a little concerned but you would not know it by how well the property is maintained and how great the staff is. Everyone was very friendly and great at anticipating needs, in particular at the pool.

Secrets is a awesome
Staff is amazing and super nice and helpful. Beach is beautiful. Rooms are clean and comfy. Food is really good especially the buffet. Pools are nice and clean with staff being very attentive. Plenty of entertainment during the day. Secrets is a really nice resort

We were here for a destination wedding for our close friends. The resort was lovely! The location was beautiful annd the grounds were super well kept. Every staff member we met was so nice and accommodating. The entertainment staff was especially great as we got to know them through activities and they would come up to us throughout the week and talk to us. Jesus and Felix were our groups favorites! The drinks were all pretty good and the drink service by the pool and on the beach made the experience even better with not having to get up to go to the bar super often. The food was hit or miss. The presentation was always great but the flavor wasn’t always there or the food was a little dry. No food poisoning issues! The pool was lovely as there were shaded areas and the swim up bar, and there’s another pool that’s heated, along with a few hot tubs in case you got a little chilly. The resort is walkable, but there’s a golf cart service that is available 24/7 to take you to the farther areas or to the sister resort Dreams. The room service was alright, it takes about an hour and a half unless you schedule order it. We got a swim out room. It appeared clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. The room did smell a little musty but we left the patio door open and that helped. Overall it was an amazing trip! Would definitely come back again.

Great week in Playa Mujeres!
We really enjoyed this resort & given that it is about to close for renovations we were pleasantly surprised to find most of the resort in good condition. Our room was spacious and very clean. Pool area is well designed to separate various wants & needs of guests. Thanks to Mones for her great poolside service & smile! Beach was great for walking and ocean was swimmable for those less confident in the water. Nice to have various live music throughout our 1 week stay. Staff were great & we love not having to make reservations for dinner etc. We had a relaxing week.
