The Entertainment Team Francis,Jerik,Alison,Mauren,Eduardo and Giobany are so much fun and extremely nice ! The resort could use a little bit a face lift or a paint job but the service is great and makes up for it. Rooms and wifi are fantastic !

Mar 15, 202510/10 - The Staff Makes This Location The Dream Experience
My wife and I went for our honeymoon and we had the most wonderful experience we could ever imagine. The staff the service everything about the resort was picture perfect and could not read it any better then 10/10. Alonso, Edward, Jean Manuel, Randy, Steven, Allison, and the entire staff made the experience even better than we could have dreamed of. My wife and I are already dreaming of coming back! We cannot rate this resort better :) Thank you to the amazing/attentive/fun staff!

Mar 15, 2025Abandoned at the top of the mountain
The customer service is terrible. When we finally got a room we were abandoned. We were put in a room at the top of a mountain. The rooms were mixed up and the front desk said they were sending someone to fix the keys. They never came. When we called again they said we need to come to the front desk and they will send a cart. If we were closer to the front we could have walked but we were at the top of the mountain so walking down was not an option. We waited a couple of hours and decided to go for dinner. We called and they said someone would be here to get us. It’s been another hour. I called to ask where the shuttle was and they didn’t answer the phone. I called three times to include guest services. Still no answer. My niece went to another room to call. They answered right away. We are still sitting here hostage to the front desk. We are supposed to be here from the 15-19 of March for my birthday. So far it is a nightmare.

Great Costa Rica Vacation
We had an excellent trip. The food delicious in all the restaurants. The service was superior and the staff was very courteous. Excursions through Amstar, Sloth Land and local beach vendors were safe and efficient. Would recommend private tours as they are more relaxed and not time bound. The cost is not much more than the mass ones and we'll worth it.

We had to be part billy goat but thoroughly enjoyed this quaint property.
Very charming hotel. Not your traditional Secrets property. There are not any large soaking tubs in the rooms. The air conditioning in the rooms was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Would not be a great resort if you have issues with walking. The entertainment worked very hard and tried to get everyone involved.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at this hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
