It was absolutely incredible. The resort is stunning. The staff was amazing; specifically Sergio, Aranza, and Elias. They helped make the place entertaining and fun. The special touches did not go unnoticed. 10/10

Deluxxsion
I stayed in the junior king deluxe tropical view room. This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort. Value was met. PROS: The resort and the room were incredibly wonderful, luxe, and gorgeous. The staff was kind, helpful and amazing. The housekeeping was amazing. There were so many beautiful pools, and even a man made beach area. The resort butted against its own beach as well, and the staff took care of the beach area well, such as cleaning up the seaweed. The chairs were great. The beach had covered lounge and bed areas to relax on. Sunsets are pristine. Makes for great photoshoots. Loved that there were no kids running around - made for a relaxing and soft time. CONS: I wish the pillows and the bed were plusher. The 'tropical view' was a little disappointing, because it mostly overlooked the parking and construction area. I wish I had picked the pool or beach view for this particular resort: Secrets Moxche Playa Del Carmen. My biggest downturn is that the pools are not 24/7. Although, most resorts seem to close their pools in the evening for cleaning purposes and such. There are also two hot tub areas. If you want a pool around the clock, I would opt to get a room with its own individual pool.

Excellent experience
Great food, amazing service. Clean. Its not the biggest resort if you want to walk. But great to relax, the night shows are great and they have a nice club if you want to party. Regina and Gabriela were very nice with their daily entertainment. Oscar the tennis coach was also great. Would definitely come back.

Great resort for couples and groups!
The food was wonderful. Activities kept us busy and having lots of fun. The staff were fantastic. Sergio and Ari in particular were so welcoming and fun—very good at their jobs. Facility was clean. The street tacos were outstanding. The seafood restaurant by the beach was so beautiful and the food was delightful. The Japanese restaurant was another favorite. My only small complaint which is just personal preference: it wasn’t the best beach we’ve been to. We hung out on the beach and received service out there and it was great. But it’s just pretty small and lots of rocks and seaweed in the water. The pools and the rest of the resort definitely made up for it. But if you’re traveling solely for the beach you might be a little disappointed. But overall would definitely recommend Secrets Moxche!

Great Resort with better staff
Sergio and Ari were amazing and made our experience fun. The pools and rooms were top notch. I would definitely return. The food was really good, especially the Japanese restaurant and Seasoul. The rooms were really clean and comfortable.
