    Another great stay in Mexico!

This was our first trip to Secrets Moxche and we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely return! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and quick to respond to any requests. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed all the meals and appreciated the variety of options available. We took advantage of several opportunities to attend evening entertainment events and enjoyed them. As with other Secrets resorts we've been to, the staff stands out as the greatest asset the resort has. We love interacting with staff members and had a lot of fun!

Family Group of 11 had an AMAZING Time!

Amstar was our transfer and was private…got all 11 of us and was perfect. Preferred Club check in was nice but half our party had to wait for their rooms to be ready. Power was out so resort was on generators…lights went out as soon as elevator doors closed!! Room was Amazing except we booked Preferred Ocean view and got the side with the construction…saw ocean but would have preferred pool side of building…asked for one but was told to wait 4 days for one to open up! Had time our 1st to hang on beach which was right next to Activities pool. Had Sushi at Suki(Good) and did the “Roads to Mexico” out by the pools for dinner which had a nice assortment of different foods and desserts to try….Day 1 Done! Day 2….Pool Chair Issue…Pool attendant gave me the Spiel about saving chairs…we had 11 people so hard to save that many when it’s 730in the morning and everyone is getting up and having breakfast first…was told if everyone not here between 8-9am then they would remove belongings and give to someone else. Found a good spot by Sugar Reef pool but the next day we went down at 715am it was already saved by someone else before 7am Activities were plentiful throughout the day and the Team was Amazing…Axel was a really cool guy as well as Miguel who always made the activities FUN! Pickleball courts were Awesome and the guy at the Grass Tennis courts was really nice! Had Lunch on Rooftop sitting by pool…food good and drinks never stopped!! Did the ping pong tourney with Miguel Axel Christian Arie….they made Activities Fun and always had us laughing! Gabriela at pool Volleyball kept the game Fun and always made sure I got to play when I showed up late! Dinner at Amore….Amazing…went back a second time too! Dark Horse bar was so cool with pool table Golf simulator and Bingo was a Blast with Leslie! “Elements” show at theatre was a hit and the Pharmacy entry to club was cool….gotta have the Password to get in! Taco cart and Crepe station runs every night and is So Delish! Day3…did breakfast on rooftop(Preferred) and was really good ordering from menu.Cornhole on beach and live music was great…Must have Bamboo for lunch..Pad Thai and Pineapple fried rice amazing plus the view of Lagoon pool! Football toss with Miguel was Fun and had dinner at Ember. Beef filet was just ok and had to pay extra for Ribeye Lobster and other steaks. Disco (70s/80s) show at theatre was good but not as good as Elements the night before. Day 4….they say pools are heated but when weather is around 70 the pools were cold…except for rooftop pool! Must Heat Pools this time of year! Sugar reef Grill was awesome with good menu selection…even ice cream! The coffee shop open 24 hours was good too with salads sandwiches and Pastry’s. Bison French restaurant was Awesome….Steak TarTar and all the apps were great and Beef Wellington and Lamb Chops were Excellent. Karaoke at Darke horse was fun….Leslie and her partner made the show Fun. Highlight of the week was the Fire show on Beach and the Silent Disco…must do for everyone! Day 5. Did the free Hydrotherapy with the Preferred status and absolutely loved it enough to book a couple massage…AMAZING!!! Lunch at buffet…ok…prime rib wasn’t bad! Have to make reservations for Tepanyaki at SuKI 1st day you get there….best meal of the week. Only seats 8 so our group of 11 had to split up but were able to sit all together for every other meal and that was hard to do at a lot of other resorts! Day 6. Golfed at MayaKoba…really nice course….had to rent clubs and buy balls…$300 but not far from resort…highly recommend! Mexican restaurant for dinner….chips and salsa great as well as barbecued Brisket was Phenominal….make sure you try all the signature cocktails at each restaurant! Our Pool attendant Saul and Dani were amazing and accommodating and Dani even knew all our names the 2nd day!! Excellent resort and upon checkout was offered a promo to come back at a great price! Beautiful clean resort….friendly people…food was Excellent and must try the Cetanario Tequila with Agave and Orange slices on the rocks!!!

    Great Time!!

Very high class resort, would highly reccommed! Could use more chairs on the beach and there are huge rocks in the water. But mostly able to see. Great rooms and service!

    Worth every penny

Such an amazing hotel . We liked everything. We were in the basic room and it was so beautiful and comfy. The food is in another level of quality and variety. Huge bonus is the activities with the entertainment team. They made our stay even more enjoyable. Big thanks to Ilse, Miguel, Itzel, Gabriela, Aranza and Sergio. Your activities around the pool and the beach were so good!!!

Fantastic resort with fantastic food and beautiful grounds!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The resort is beautiful, the pools were great, the food was good wherever you went. The buffet gets old quick, but there are many à la carte options for dinner. Nightly entertainment shows were not too entertaining but the nightclub made up for it!
