Secrets Cap Cana is the absolute best resort I've ever visited. It is obvious that very detail of the experience is designed with the guest in mind. Eveerything and everyone on every staff was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return, again and again.

2 weeks in paradise. Excellente!
Amazing 2 weeks staying here via BA holidays. Concierge service every day from Carlos Barreto was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and when we needed help he provided. All the restaurants are great. Staff work hard to welcome. Our favourites were Oceana for surf and turf; fillet steak and fresh prawns was top level. Himitso was great; tappenyaki was fun but make sure you try the sushi and sashimi bar it was amazing. We ate all the others personal preference will take you back to your favourite. Bar staff everywhere brilliant. Special shout out to Flor for looking after us each night whether at the fun music nights or just chillin with the DJ late into the night. Beach is truly idilic just as you would hope in Caribbean. The beach is raked every day and is spotless and is very shallow and safe. Servers on the beach kept us refreshed.

Secrets Cap Cana
Having read reviews and joined a Facebook group before heading to Secrets Cap Cana I was apprehensive about what to expect as it was so highly rated by others. It’s only 15-20 mins away from Punta Cana airport by transport and we had private transfers booked with Amstar. From getting off the plane to arriving at the hotel only took approximately an hour to an hour and an half. All fears were alleviated as soon as we arrived. The resort is amazing, the staff are great and we loved the food. We stayed in a preferred club junior swim out suite in building 8 and our butler was Alexis. The room was big, airy and very well presented. The shower is bigger than the kitchen in my first flat, it’s a big space with a double rainfall shower head. If you have a swim up keep your patio doors shut due to humidity or your bedding will get damp and will create a musty smell. We loved everything about this resort and honestly it’s as good as everyone said it would be. The beach is huge with plenty of space for everyone. The sea is not very accessible in the preferred section and you’ll need to stroll down the beach to the other side of the resort to get in the water due to rocks and seaweed. The water is chest height out to a man made barrier which is about 150 yards out from the beach. The sea access is the only weak part of this otherwise perfect resort. If you’re thinking of coming then do it and don’t hesitate. The butlers are not intrusive, they are great at what they do and Alexis helped us with answers to everything. He was very knowledgeable and although reservations are not needed in the restaurants (except Himitsu) we asked him to make reservations. Nothing was too much trouble. A lot of people on the resort were tipping staff, this is not something that you need to do but it helps the staff who will literally bend over backwards to make sure your stay is as perfect as it can be. If you’re thinking of coming then do it and don’t hesitate.

Truly next level service and care; the staff consistently go above and beyond! Additionally, the food well exceeded our expectations, and they were especially cognizant of our dietary restrictions in a way we very rarely see! We highly recommend you stay at Secrets.

Amazing!
Amazing customer service, top notch resort. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Spa, dining, and rooms were beyond our expectations. Beach was very private. We stayed in the Preferred section. Can't say enough about how great our experience was. Highly recommend.
