  Fantastic place. Just book it!

  What an amazing Hotel. The staff, the restaurants, the food, the rooms, the beach everything is wonderful. From our arrival and prompt check in with William, to our departure 14 days later we had an unforgettable time and hope to return again soon, like many people we met. Special mention to the pool girls Madeline and Ruth they certainly looked after us. Our concierge Johan who contacted us every day to make sure we were having fun. Elizabeth and Jenny in the lobby bar, Jose the “egg man” and not forgetting the lovely girls in the coffee shop. When you away on holiday occasionally things don’t go to plan. My wife had a fall in the bedroom bumping her head and needed a visit to the local hospital/clinic. The turndown lady was in the room at the time and she contacted reception informing them first aid was required. Very quickly a first response team arrived and cared for my wife. She was taken by golf buggy to the on site doctor who dressed the wound and made arrangements for her to be seen at the hospital for stitches. The hotel arranged transport and a lovely concierge Yafreisi came with us to the hospital. The taxi and Yafreisi stayed with us the whole time until we were back at the hotel a few hours later. Johan next day arranged for some medication to be delivered to the hotel and checked every day on my wife’s progress. The on site doctor took the stitches out after 6 days and my wife made a full recovery. During the incident my wife’s top was covered in blood so she placed it in the bin in the room. The room cleaner Iris returned the top the next day spotlessly clean. We would like to thank each and everyone of the people that helped. It’s a great comfort when you’re thousands of miles from home that you have professional support from a caring team.

  Best hotel ever - making dreams come true

  This has been an exceptional experience!! The service at this hotel is extraordinary, our expectations have been more than exceeded!! Food, atmosphere, rooms, pools, love to detail and the staff is just best in class!! Making you feel at home and just cared for, always with a song or a smile on their lips. we’ve been to many 5 star hotels before. This is a new level! Our butler Darling has made our stay particularly special, making pretty much every wish of ours possible and even surprising us with things we didn’t even know we wished for. The fresh juice and smoothie bar as well as the coffee bar was one of our favorites. (We stayed in the preferred club area with a swim out suite)

  Amazing

  What a place. I’ll start this review by saying we’ve already booked to go back next year. We arrived and were instantly greeted with a welcome drink and shown to a desk to check in. We were assigned our concierge, Ramon. Check in was quick and we were then shown around the grounds by Ramon, as it’s huge and nice to know where to go! We were shown to our room, which had a lovely “Happy Anniversary” sash across it due to e-mailing ahead, as well as champagne inside. The room was large and clean. The house keeping staff were great at keeping it clean and tidy when you pressed the “clean” button on the control inside the room. The inclusive mini bar was stocked with bottled water, cokes and beers. No complaints about the room. The only thing to note was that the room above, we could hear people stomping around. Whether they were heavy walkers or this is a common issue, I don’t know. At the poolside, we were looked after by Madelyn. She was so hard working and her service was perfect, working in 30C heat whilst pregnant and carrying tray full of drinks. Always had a smile on her face and would do anything for you. She would remember your preferences and bring plenty of water and Coke Zero!! The pools are clean and tidy and never an issue getting a sunbed. Towels are available from around 9am. Plenty of bars if you choose to get up and get your own drink. There is the main pool which has all the entertainment which can get a bit noisy, and a quieter pool. A man with a kayak full of beers comes round on a few of the days, as well as a crepe trolley where they’re freshly cooked! Every day on the beach there is entertainment as well as different options for lunch including BBQ, paella and other options. They also have sangria and fresh coconuts! There are plenty of beds on the beach and the views are absolutely amazing. You can also do kayaking and other water activities. The beach is kept nice and clean and to the reviewers that whinge about seaweed, you know where it comes from, right?? There’s a tractor that clears it every morning and is not an issue whatsoever. The restaurants are brilliant. There is a French, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, seafood and grill. The staff are always fantastic and look after you well. They are all from the menu, so it’s a proper dining experience every night. The only one we didn’t get on with was the Italian. However, if there’s anything wrong, the staff work tirelessly to make sure you’re happy, so no complaints at all. The seaside grill is amazing and we ate there 3 times, the seafood Oceana was great too! Breakfast and lunch can be had at the Market Cafe. Buffet style but loads to choose from. Breakfast, Jose cooks beautiful omelettes and remembers what you have. Some days, my eggs were already being cooked before I’d even asked and always with a smile. Fresh juice, mimosas, bloody Mary’s and lots of choice including eggs, bacon, hash browns, everything!! Choice for everyone. Lunch was the same. The bar, Rendezvous was where we grabbed a drink before eating. The staff there are so entertaining and great at what they do. Agustin and Natan should start their own comedy show! Drinks are brilliant and they’ll make you anything you want. The coffee shop is a god send. Open 24 hours a day and again they remember your order and always with a smile. Hot fresh coffee, cold coffee drinks and milkshakes too, as well as snacks. Although food is never an issue, as room service through the app is amazing too and you can order pretty much anything to your room. There’s nighttime entertainment which varies day to day. We didn’t do preferred and don’t feel like we were missing out. There’s probably loads more. But we thoroughly recommend and didn’t hesitate to rebook. You won’t regret it.   Spoilt Rotten!

  Fantastic trip and the staff thoroughly spoilt you. Small issues in the room were fixed immediately. Didn't have to lift a finger. Although it is a fairly big resort the a la carte restaurants didn't have to be pre booked and only waited once for just 20 mins to use the restaurant of our choice.

  Paradise

  My husband and I went as an earned business trip and it was our first all-inclusive. Gorgeous property, staff were the friendliest and the concierge service for our room make it feel like we always had what we wanted. Even when we had a little issue at the spa, we never told anyone but they made up for it with a private spa soak on the balcony for my husband and I and a champagne service. This place is OVER THE TOP with customer service! We couldn’t say enough good things about Gerardo our concierge! Always responsive and nice. He actually cares that you have a wonderful time. Alexandra in the 24-hr coffee shop was so sweet and took the time to converse and say hi! The best trip in the Caribbean and would love to come back.
