    Begin the morning with a cup of local brew at a sunny indoor/outdoor cafe. Serving premium coffee and snacks in a casual, relaxed atmosphere, the Coco Café is a favorite among guests.  Late-night bites include sandwiches, fruits, yogurt and pastries.

    This popular dining institution specializes in a fusion of Pan-Asian a la carte specialties. Guests can enjoy fully air-conditioned interior ambiance as well as outdoor seating. Teppanyaki tables are also available.

    Casual atmosphere, evocative of a farmers market with colorful, gourmet cuisine displayed beautifully on sunbleached

    Firstly, I visited here back in 2023 and it was a far better experience. This time around was awful. First week was bliss, the second week we overheard someone say there was a private party of 700 people arriving for a 4 day private event! They weren’t joking…they set up 2 enormous tents on the beach which completely obstructed any view we had. The construction of these took about 4 days to put up, with constant driving in the beach, banging about and general smells and mess. The workers even started using the female toilets that were for the guests to use on the beach. When the group did finally arrive, they had access to all the same restaurants etc as us, resulting in at least 3 nights in a row a restaurant was closed to us to cater for them. The entertainment put in for them was so much better, DJs cocktails whilst the likes of us had nothing. We had one night on the beach with a DJ, that was then moved indoors about 2 hrs later! This went on for the whole second week we were there. They finally had their main event (didn’t use the enormous tents on the beach except for the last night and morning) and the hotel closed the restaurant facing the beach that night so the party had their ‘privacy’. They had their security walking around making sure we didn’t get too close to their event etc. The music from the DJ pretty much drowned out anything that we were trying to listen to and the next morning (their last day) they had a breakfast on the beach with the DJ again, doing sound checks at 8am! We just felt like we were not important (despite spending nearly £9,000 for 2 weeks) and were treated as if our money and time and experience didn’t matter. The pool Staff were great and the restaurant staff, but as for management of the hotel, they couldn’t care less. TUI Gave us £250.00 back!!! Never go back here again. So sad as the first experience was great

    Wonderful time. Moldy smell in room

    The staff is amazing! Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Food, activities, butlers, and entertainment is excellent. The biggest complaint I have is that although the room was kept very clean, there was an overwhelming moldy smell coming from the air conditioning system. This was the 2nd year in a row that our room had an awful smell of mold. We were given a dehumidifier, but the smell was constant. The systems and filters are not being cleaned regularly. This will cause us not to return unfortunately. We did have the best experience out of our room though.

    Perfect winter getaway!

    We had a wonderful stay at Secrets Cap Cana and it was a great winter getaway. The resort is beautiful, the beach is stunning, and the food and drinks were consistently delicious. The staff truly made the experience even better. Julissa, Esperanza, Vanessa, and Santa were all incredibly sweet and kind, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. We also had a great concierge, Enrique, who was very helpful and attentive. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable trip, and we would absolutely recommend Secrets Cap Cana to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable escape!

    Never Disappoints

    Third year in a row and it did not disappoint. Our butler Darling is super accommodating and feels like a member of the family. Javier still makes the best bloodies and David in the preferred club lounge is sheer entertainment. Would highly recommend Secrets Cap Cana. Food is always superb with a great variety.

    Alexander is the best concierge. Service is the ultimate goal at Secrets Punta Cana. Alexander made it happen.

    The property at secrets Punta Cana is absolutely gorgeous. The service there is impeccable and every employee is concerned about your happiness. The restaurants are plentiful and serve excellent food. The beach is broad and deep and provides plenty of shaded areas to observe the beautiful turquoise water servers check with you multiple times an hour to make sure that you get you’re getting everything that you want that the drinks are fresh and your ice buckets are fresh. Everyone has a smile and if you ask how they are, they always say Excelente! We enjoyed the Seaside Grill the most. It’s selection of cooked meats steak chicken pork was absolutely fantastic. If this property is your first choice, you’ll probably spend years trying to find the same level of service that you get here at secrets Punta Cana.
