The staff was amazing and looking forward to going back! Book a SPA package while you are there, it is absolutely AMAZING!!!! The different restaurants to choose from is great! The breakfast buffet has something for everyone and if you get Erika as a Server you, she will take good care of you. During check in, make sure you ask for Andrea to inform you about the resort and what it has to offer! She is a complete GEM and they are lucking to have her on staff!!!!!!!

In My Top Five For Sure
This was our second visit, we were there in April of 2023. It was probably a 3.5 star then, it has definitely shot up to a five star. Our UVC Rep (Vanessa) had everything arranged and ready for us when we got there including a nice upgrade to the Presidential Suite for a great price. She is a gem and if you are a UVC member, request her, you won't be sorry! Angela our Butler took over from there and ensured that we had anything and everything we needed. She's the best butler we've ever had without a doubt! The 8th floor cabana is a must. The views are incredible (Lots of whales) and the service is great. We also did the Marieta Cabana on the beach one day and were fortunate to have Luis and Erick who we actually recognized from Secrets Vallarta Bay. They are two great guys who will make sure you want for nothing! We will be back for sure. This feels like one of those resorts that can become a yearly trip. It's that good!

Amazing experience with dedicated concierge
Amazing Tour Guide and Concierge Experience with Ricardo! Ricardo was absolutely fantastic during my stay. From the moment we met, he was professional, personable, and truly went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. His knowledge of the area was incredible—he provided insightful details about the local culture, history, and hidden gems that I never would have discovered on my own. As a concierge, Ricardo handled every request with efficiency and care. Whether it was arranging last-minute reservations, suggesting the best places to eat, or organizing activities tailored to my preferences, he made everything seamless. His warm demeanor and genuine passion for ensuring his guests have the best experience really stood out. Thanks to Ricardo, my trip was not only stress-free but truly unforgettable. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone visiting the area—he’s the gold standard of hospitality!

This property is luxurious with a level of quality. I was truly not expecting. I would highly recommend it to anybody.
This is truly a five star experience. It’s my second stay at this property which adults only on the Secrets side. Guests at the Secrets side, have access to all of the restaurants and amenities on the Dreams side. The food and beverage department really shines here. The breakfast selection on both sides is second to none. A huge selection that is well prepared and displayed. I dined in the Mediterranean restaurant and ordered a New York steak. I ordered it rare and it was cooked to perfection. Super tender, I was truly blown away. The portion was huge, but it was adequate. With an all inclusive if I was still hungry, I could’ve ordered an additional steak. I also had the opportunity to join in the Asian restaurant and it was delicious from start to finish. I had a beef stirfry that was delicate and delicious. My friend had a piece of grilled salmon that was beautifully prepared. The rooms have all the amenities you could hope for and more. A large amount of bathroom toiletries are supplied, which is very nice in case you forget something. The beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning operates like a charm. I would highly recommend this property as a nice get away from the hustle and hustle of a more urban resort. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Especially the front desk area.

I am late on my review - but I was there few weeks back for my bday trip. Rooms were exceptional very modern. Food /drinks were very good. Only disappointment was Asian Rest did not have any lychee Martinis - I have visited many other secrets properties and they do offer Lychee Martinis in their Asian Rest. Beach is rocky so make sure you take water shoes. Shout out to Oscar G- from member services in the Preferred Lounge- His customer service was EXCELLENT and literally catered to my husband and I during our whole trip . Thanks to his exceptional customer service we would def come back to this resort in the near future.
