    Welcome home

    We had such an amazing vacation! The resort was clean and food was great. What made our vacation, though, was the entertainment staff. Alejandro made an extra effort to connect with us after our dance class the night before. Alan was teaching us key words in Spanish. Max was the life of the resort and vacation wouldn’t have been the same without him.

    Everything is perfect.

    Pampering service, a pleasure....the sea is a little dirty but the pool is very large. Perfect team Very reasonable price, not expensive

    Secrets Akamal - Service is out of this world!

    We absolutely LOVED our stay at the resort. The service we received from everyone was top notch, everyone was so extremly freindly and so humble. They go out of their way to make sure you are having a good time. A few of our favorites that we engaged with were Ismael on the beach, he was so attentive, knew us by name and made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. I answered many of my questions about all the local weather etc. He remembered out favorite drinks and would always make sure we were not in need of anything. Alejandro always made sure we had plenty of towels and we didn't need anyting. We rented a Bali bed one day at the pool and had the best service from Ruben and Noe. What an amazing experience and we loved it. Ruben even came and cleaned our sunglasses for us, we loved that. Ixchel who is part of the entertainment group is so funny and gets everyone involved and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a good time, we loved her. I recommend taking some of her classes, she will have you laughing and having a good time. We stayed in building 3 and had Diana as our conceirge, she was so helpful and informative. I loved how you could comminicate with her anytime through what's app. She helped us get reservations and answered all our questions. Thank you to all the staff at Secrets Akamal, we had an amazing vaction because of all of you!!!
