The exciting Riu Santa Fe is located alongside the luxurious Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas on a prime beach location and boasts amazing views of the famous arches. The Riu Santa Fe is less than three miles from the marvelous town of Cabo San Lucas. This 24-hour all-inclusive resort contains first-class facilities such as specialty restaurants, bars, a disco, and Renova Spa. Complimentary 24-hour WiFi is also available in the common areas of the resort (available in rooms for an additional charge). 

The two pools are the perfect spot to relax, and the adjoining Jacuzzi is a perfect place to mingle with new friends. Children have their own pool to enjoy activities. Non-motorized watersports are available nearby for a fee, or spend your time walking along the miles of beautiful beach. Exciting bars are lined up on the beach just a mile or two away!

Comfortable rooms feature a stocked mini-bar and liquor dispenser and a balcony or terrace. Ocean-view rooms are suites are also available. Children ages 4-12 can spend their days playing at RiuLand Mini-Club.

Spring Break Policies - 

1. Student / Spring Breaker Groups (21 years of age or older) will be accepted ONLY at Riu Santa Fé hotel.  

2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.   

3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted: 

a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments 

b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older. 

c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID 

d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.  

4. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year.  

5. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property, at their own expense. a. Parties in rooms are not permitted 

6. Student / Spring Breaker Groups must comply with any protocols (hotel and government) in place at the time of stay at the hotel.

    Great Family Vacation

    Perfect hotel within close proximity to town. The AL a cartes served delicious options and were fairly easy to book. Rooms are good size and the stocked bar fridge and liquor dispenser were added bonus. There could be more washrooms and although the nightly entertainment was ok, it would be nicer to last later than 10pm.

    Waterslides are dangerous

    While this resort is a good “bang for your buck” it’s good to know what comes with the good deal. To start with, the front of house staff kitchen, and those who help to keep the grounds immaculate are top notch. People were continuously working on the gardens and the buildings, making sure that everything looks beautiful and well kept, which it certainly was. The food was what you would expect. A big buffet for breakfast was the best, but for lunch and dinner you can certainly find something that would fit anybody’s menu. Of course it wasn’t French Laundry quality, but you likely paid a ridiculous a cheap for this vacation, so you can’t really complain with what you get when it comes to food. You should not expect Michelin Star, so don’t come here to complain that you were hard done by. My only major complaints were very unrelated. First, it is a bit of a party hotel. Being woken up at multiple times each night over our nine day stay was slightly annoying to say the least. Make sure you bring some earplugs because everybody comes off the beach or the sports bar to whoop and holler outside your hotel room. The next (and most important) complaint is related to the waterslides. I took the waterside that was a straight drop-down and dumped you into the pool of water. This wouldn’t have been an issue except for the water slide was one to 2 feet above the water so when I hit the pool, I completely damaged my back. This was the day before we left for home and sitting on the airplane with such soreness was excruciating. I am over a week being back and I still can’t sit down without being extreme pain. I am just so grateful that my children did not decide to try the water slides and damage their backs in any sort of the same way that I am dealing with right now. Just be careful with your kids if they use the waterslides. I would hate for somebody to go down those and damage their backs to the point that there is permanent damage, especially if they are children.

    Amazing Resort

    This resort is fantastic. Great service, great staff, great food, great atmosphere. The entire resort was first class. Could not have been better. I would highly recommend Riu Sante Fe Cabo. We will be returning. Can't wait.

    CABO TRIP 2024

    We liked the resort we like the atmosphere. It was very clean very friendly people. Unfortunately the food was not that great especially for my picky husband, but we loved the neon party jungle party white party pink party that was lots of fun. I feel like the bartenders, definitely watered down the drinks so I would always have to ask for a shot of tequila on the side. 😂. I think next time I’ll stay at the palace because then I can go over to the Santa Fe for a party. If I wanted to the live shows were awesome. I love the rock band. They were awesome cobo is beautiful. I will be returning for sure. there were two days that our fridge was not stocked, which I found strange and I had to call for them to bring up water mostly
