Apr 19, 2025Fantastic vacation in Cabo.
Wow, what a fantastic family vacation in fabulous Cabo. RIU Santa Fe is an excellent hotel with a great atmosphere, beautiful architecture, and very well maintained grounds. Food was good, with great variety and options. A la carte restaurants, however, left us a bit disappointing with the quality, but service was good. Overall had a great vacation and will definitely come back. The only downside was the number of younger guests slamming the doors and screaming in hallways in all hours of the morning , but that's not the hotel's fault (just something to be aware of when booking).

The only think we were disapointed was the amount of smkers and vapers all over on inside. Lack of security stopping these people as butts left all over making the cleaning staff work more for the mess.

Excellent Resort
A massive resort. Grounds very well maintained and landscaped. Rooms are big, bright and modern. Lots of seats were available near the many pools and swim-up bars. Food at breakfast and supper buffet was fresh, tasty and a huge variety of choices. The only thing that surprised me was that they did not accept U.S. $ at check-in for their service fees -- only pesos. We had to go to their Currency Exchange counter and they required far too much personal information to buy pesos.

Sweet Mexican Getaway
Our trip was great from start to finish, good flights, comfortable transfers from airport to the resort, easy checkin, friendly staff throughout the resort, super clean, lots of entertainment and the food was delicious!

It’s was my first time on this hotel, my friends have come in several occasions. We came from Apr 5 to the 12, of 2025 we stayed at room 2104. Truly I have no complains about the hotel, the restaurants, the pool or the service. We had a great time. My vacations were tinted when a pare of sneaker, Nike Jordans, a cologne was stolen from my hotel room. My friend and companion was also missing a cologne, and other friends that stayed in different rooms got cash missing and sunglasses. Sub real to think that this could happen. Don’t want to point any fingers but there very limited people that have access to our rooms.
