Great resort. They’re constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. The staff is AMAZING, attentive, and prompt. The service level is high whether it’s in-room, beachside, or poolside. The restaurants aren’t great, stick to the buffet. Concerning the food options, the buffet selections are endless and they do some things surprisingly well (especially breakfast, all the chicken dishes, fantastic paella, and the buffet ribeye is better than the steakhouse ribeye), but a lot of the rest is hit or very big miss. Probably the biggest food surprise is the limited (and not well executed) Mexican options. For local food, explore the off-resort options. From a location standpoint, the resort is close to the airport and 5 minutes walking distance to the ferry dock where you catch a ride to Isla Mujeres, theres a very good convenience store, and some other shopping (I didn’t explore any of the shops so I can’t give any opinion on them).

We spent 7 nights at this all inclusive magnificent 5 stars hotel- what a lovely pleasant stay it was - the room was spacious and the balcony gave us a wonderful view of the sea. The pictures on the website is exactly what you get. The pools, the surrounding white Sandy clear beach, the facilities were brilliant- even a couple of day of Storm Helene failed to ruin our stay. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, big smile all round and of course made our stayed extremely pleasant and enjoyable- the food at all the restaurants were top notch, the buffet at all time were very good. Absolutely excellent and would stay there again any time! Thank you and well done!

Our stay was to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The photos of the resort understate the beauty of the resort. Our junior suite accomodation breathtaking.

Everyone should spend time in a paradise like this, it should be a LAW
By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. I went to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my beautiful wife and we were treated with so much love and affection from the very first day. At the reception we met a young lady who welcomed us with joy and love and offered us drinks and, since it was our wedding anniversary, gave us a room upgrade. My hat goes off to Kevin and Miguel, who are the leaders of their areas, who were like lifelong friends, always super attentive and giving us tips about the city and always serving us with mastery. I recommend that everyone who can go stay there; you won't regret it.
