Had an amazing time! The food was great, loved the variety of choices. Rooms need updating, furniture is outdated. Wish the DJ played more of a diversity of music to include more reggae. The RIU dancers did an excellent job on show nights. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will return in the future.

I highly recommend staying here. The resort is clean and well kept. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. Can’t wait to come back.

1ST ANNUAL GIRLS TRIP
Just got back from a fantastic stay at this all-inclusive resort and overall, it was a wonderful vacation! The food was generally good, with the steakhouse being the absolute highlight! The buffet was just okay—plenty of variety, but not everything hit the mark. Keep in mind, I am very picky! The staff really made the experience special. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but a special shoutout goes to Romell, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His energy and hospitality really stood out! There were activities happening by the pool every day, which kept things lively and fun. The evening shows were also a great touch! Our room was pretty clean, though it had a musty smell that was hard to ignore. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely something that could be improved. Also, I wish the wine selection had been better. All in all, it was a great trip. With just a couple of tweaks (better wine and fresher-smelling rooms), this place could be near perfect. I'd definitely consider returning!

Loved the Property!
Truly enjoyed the staff! They were extremely helpful and polite. They were professional and the hotel was always being cleaned. The hospitality was exceptional. I will definitely be returning on my next vacation in the Bahamas!

Jun 15, 2025Never Again - Done with the Bahamas
This was our 5th trip to this RIU since 2016 and it will be our last. When we first went it was families. in 2017 my daughter got married there . Since they have turned it into Adults only . Definitely not ( sophisticated or classy Adults) They advertise adults only but seems to now be catering to 18-28 year old alcoholics and strippers. entertainment around the pool consists of screaming and excessively loud obnoxious music for hours on end. Had to only sit on the each to escape it . Evening entertainment was also so loud we had to watch with our fingers in our ears till we decided to leave. We started to hear so many others extremely disappointed with it. One couple said they had construction the floor above the and could not sleep . The next mooring the lady said she was naked putting on sunscreen and there was a man on her balcony opened their door and handed them her husband's bathing trunks which were outside drying and said they were working. They told the front dest and all they were told was they will report it to management . Another couple said they took video of the loud music and half naked girls twirking around the pool and would post, it they were so upset. ( The pool closes down at 6pm as they have Shock and Sanitize it from all the Alcohol that has been dumped in it - Both Pools ) A man we met said he had to use his earbuds to block out the loud music. The were so many more complaints . Their restaurant help were wonderful and helpful people ( food was good ) . The front dest was not . We asked for change in American dollars and were refused 3 times, after watching them give others change. The building outside is in dire need of paint when you see it from the beach side it is awful. There is no ventilation inside the buildings therefore the floors are always wet from humidity even in the rooms no ventilation . I had to put towels on the floor just to keep my feet dry . They have large yellow cones everywhere saying WET. The old Atlantis building next door is vacated so had to look at that mess and we use to be able to walk over to enter Atlantis to enjoy it also. Now you have to walk 3/4 mile around and down the streets to get anywhere. I'll just stop here and tell you There are way better places to stay unless you want drunk , obnoxious People and extremely loud nasty music. Oh and sorry I can't post photos as we did a tour in the Flying Cloud Catamarans . Employee Moved all our belonging and said my Phone went over board. The owner refused to reimburse us for the that excursion .
