This was my wife's 2nd year in a row at this resort and we can definitely say because of the staff and the overall experience 2 years in a row, we will be making it a third. We love this resort for the fact that the staff make you feel at home. When it comes to the staff they are all very friendly but we will call out Tomas, Antonio, and Alfonso on the day and night staff in the buffet area, absolutely amazing service from them. JOSE who services the beach drinks does an absolutely amazing job and honestly everyone from room cleaning staff to the front desk, there the reasons we will be making it a third trip in a row

We have stayed at the Riu Palace Pacifico several times as well as other Rius and have been RIU rewards members for many years. The new renovations are exceptional and we enjoyed everything about it including the new restaurants, pools etc. The beds are a BIG improvement as well. The only thing that you could work on is the service in the Sports Bar. It is actually terrible. On our last day we wanted to get a meal before we had to go to the airport but simply couldn't get them to bring us any food despite several requests and other tables who were seated after us getting their orders. We complained to the manager in the restaurant as well as the front desk. We eventually had to leave for the airport without a meal. A truly sad and upsetting way to end what was otherwise an excellent vacation.

Beautiful resort!!
Loved our vacation at RIU Palace Pacifico. Beautiful resort, great food and wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Best All Inclusive experience ever!
Loved everything about RIU Palace Pacifico! Not a single thing to complain about. Food was awesome and drinks were great. Tried all the a'la carte restaurants except the Steak House and they were all very good - Italian was our favourite. Loved the Cappuccino and Sports Bar as well. Nice to have the option of the 3 pools. Layout of resort makes everything convenient. Room was beautiful and bed was very comfortable which has not always been our experience at other all inclusive so a major bonus. Staff were wonderful and service was also great.

RIU Palace Pacifico is awesome!
Wonderful time at Riu Palace Pacifico in Nuevo Vallarta. Had a wonderful time. Great food, great hospitality, good beach
