Hotel was beautiful, service was excellent, staff was extremely personable, friendly, and helpful. Would come back in half a heartbeat! Can’t think of anything negative.

Amazing first time at Riu Palace last Americas
Every moment at the Riu Palace Las Americas was simply amazing. From Domingo and Berenice at the front desk who made a special anniversary even better, to literally everyone who works there. Every meal we were treated to excellent food and great service. A few loud guests but not the hotel’s fault. The only issue I had was a bed that was too soft for me but most people love that so nothing else to complain about. Will definitely return.

Great girls trip!
Beautiful hotel & beach. Staff were absolutely amazing! So friendly & really cared for your well being. Felt safe & had an amazing time hanging out on the beach, pool & restaurants. Love that no reservations are required.

Second stay at this fantastic resort!
My wife and I love the RIU Palace Las Americas, and this is our second week stay in 2 years. We love the beach, pools, restaurants, entertainment, staff, and beautiful architecture.

Love this place!
Love love love! My husband and I come here every year. We love the RIU Palace so much. The staff are so welcoming and kind. The hotel is always spotlessly clean. Everybody is friendly and helpful. A special thanks to our waiter at the Black and White steakhouse, Eder. He was fantastic. So attentive. Abu in the lobby bar is funny and keeps the drinks coming. The entertainment staff are fantastic and so hard working. This is our favorite place to vacation. Can’t wait until next year!
