The property is beautiful and located in a beautiful area. The staff is cordial, kind, and professional. The availability of delicious is was fresh and well presented. I highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful winter getaway
Our stay at RIU Palace Las Americas was fantastic! Our room was spacious and was well maintained. The food and drinks were excellent with a great diversity of options! The beach and patio areas were beautiful! After all that, the most outstanding feature of this resort was definitely the people! Every staff made a point to smile and greet us at every opportunity. We never had to wait to be served at any restaurant, lounge or even on the beach! We especially enjoyed going to the lounge each evening before dinner for live piano music! We want to celebrate the service provided by Andrea for the friendly check in service, Enrique serving us in the beach area, Paula providing great service in the Piano Lounge and Manager Thomas at the Black and White Steakhouse for insuring our anniversary dinner was an occasion to be remembered! We were highly impressed and would recommend for a relaxing, hassle free vacation.

Hotel Riu Palace review
Excellent! Beautiful place, very friendly & helpful staff. Food and drinks were great along with very good house keeping! I Highly recommended!

Wife’s birthday trip
We love it here Everyone is great Especially The lady’s at the front desk and Humberto, Ignacio the head cook and of course William the waiter at the beach. Everyone else does a great job. Thank you La Familia Martinez.

Great Adults Only Resort
First time I've stayed at a Riu, it is a great property, food wise was excellent, premium spirts available at the lobby bar. Overall has great service. I liked that we had access to the other Riu's in the area for parties etc. as this property was on the smaller side. Rooms could be updated, but were not bad at all.
