Domestic and imported drinks are served 24-hours a day and the mini-bar and liquor dispenser in the rooms are restocked regularly.

Beautiful place. Great food. Excellent night entertainment. But the communication needs improvement. The schedule shows caribe party all day and it never let you know about actual activities. We missed volleyball and water aerobics and probably others because there is no clear schedule anywhere. I even asked the front desk. He directed me to the app. Which I promptly showed him was empty of any details. I would suggest clear schedule posters or app updates daily for all guests

We celebrated my birthday week at Las Americas in November 2024. The room had been decorated with balloons and we were gifted with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne - what a wonderful welcome. The room was huge and very comfortable, the resort was beautifully maintained, the staff were wonderful, food and drinks were better than expected. Can't wait to go back!

Family vacation
We had a wonderful time, super fun for us and our 2 adult boys!! So much for everyone too do, the staff and event coordinators were awesome. Also a great massage!

RIU PALACE CANCUN : excellent for every aspects
there is no problem at this RIU ! may be should have more elevators: sometimes waiting times 10 minutes and more

Wife’s birthday get away
Very nice hotel. Food and service was excellent. we got a couples massage on the wife’s birthday. It was raining and there’s no indoor entrance to the spa. That was the worst of it.
