A perfect first trip to Mexico!
Truly the perfect place for a first-time trip to Mexico. The food, the rooms, the beach and pools, everything was perfect. I love that they offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, just make sure that you set that up. It isn't automatic. They offer fun water activities during the day at the pools, and you also have access to other hotels and any parties, like at Hotel Riu Caribe!! I also enjoy the fact that there is an exchange desk, which you may not need to use for the hotel area, but if you go to Isla Mujeres, I recommend having pesos. I also ended up losing my wallet one night on the premises (I didn't feel like carrying my purse and put it in my pocket. It must have fallen out, as my pockets were shallow) and, of course, I had a whole panic episode that it may have been found & stolen, but no! It was retrieved from the front desk with everything in tact, not a thing missing! You and your things will be very safe here. I have nothing negative to say, except the beds might be TOO comfortable? I have a very firm mattress at home, and these beds are quite cushy, so my sleep wasn't the greatest, but I survived lol. All in all, 10/10 recommend, and I will probably be bringing my mom here for her first trip to Mexico!

Cancun 2025
This resort is absolutely wonderful! I will definitely stay here again. The staff was the best, the rooms are modern and gorgeous. The food was ok. But I’m picky so you can’t go by what I say. The view was spectacular. Everything about our stay here was fantastic!

Mothers Day in Mexico 2025
A group of 20 of us came to this resort to celebrate Mother’s Day and Birthdays. This resort is beautiful! The service is amazing! The beach did have TONS of seaweed but I didn’t smell it at all. The waves were very high so I didn’t spend much time in the ocean. The restaurants are hit or miss but the Buffet is great! The turn down service every night was an extra treat. I spent all my time in the infinity pool and I think it’s a resort favorite. I met tons of nice people there.

Loved this resort, would go back again for sure!
This was the first time staying at this resort and everything was excellent! It was clean, food and service were great! Loved the 3 pools! I’m not a huge beach person, but the beach was great as well!
