Excellent service
The setting of this hotel is beautiful, with excellent views of the beautiful white sandy beach and ocean from our room and the various restaurants etc. The service is top notch, from the front desk, Ms. Sharon M, Luna the service manager who directed us to Eduardo the customer service staff for helpful assistance and Eduardo the bell boy who showed us the various features of the room to all the restaurant and bar staff to the fitness and entertainment staff ( eg. Nacho at aquafit) . Friendliness and service par excellence. The assortment of drinks, non alcoholic and alcoholic is unbelievable.

Repeat happy customer
This was our second time staying at the Riu Palace Costa Mujeres and it was just as fantastic as the last year. The service her is beyond amazing, the cleansiness is spectacular, the grounds are kept immaculate, i have stayed at other resorts but not of them were as great as this one. I feel at home and safe here. Hat off to all your staff, from the front to the servers (Lilianna)to the house cleaning(Alejandra) to maintenance everyone..... BTW the food is incredible as well never been to a resort where i can honestly say i would eat the buffet everyday with no issues... food was so good.

I want to share my experience about the RUE Costa Mugeres in Mexico resort ! I really love to spend my vacation in this country and it’s 12 times here but the choice is the worst. Everything is old, a lot needs to be updated, first of all I want to start with the beach towels that are issued by cards 🤣 and this important mission is carried out by a woman named Rubi with a very important look and she decides how many towels to give to whom,it’s Independence about her mood it is very unpleasant as if she is distributing her towels from home. Plus they Cleaning up beach from seed when it’s beaches full and it seems very dangerous because they’re Driving car to pick up it Very close to people plus if you want to drink on the beach, any water or juice or whatever you never gonna get someone to ask it’s usually the other resorts . Then the dress disappeared from the balcony that was drying after the beach, it is also not easy to take a table for breakfast, there is a queue everywhere, Plus, please be be careful the floor and buffet always slippery and sticky. Don’t fall. The shower is very old and unpleasant, although the room has an ocean view and we paid extra, the robes are designed for a woman of size smal, my son and husband do not fit these standards, slippers need to be additionally requested . In general, it’s not that clean everywhere because the door and the restroom was dirty and I called to service so ask to clean up 🤪

Five star experience
Everything was great! The resort is very clean. The views are amazing. The view from our balcony was great! The food is good. Every single person that works here was so FRIENDLY! Jerry was one of our favorites. We got to know him very well as he was so good at keeping our drinks full! He has a sparkling personality. We remembered him from last year! Augusto was a waiter that took care of us most mornings and nights. So friendly. Always willing to help! This is our second time here and we will be back! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
