3rd time at resort - love it!
3rd time at RPCM .. always a good stay! Very friendly staff, always cleaning or serving with a smile. We only eat at the buffet as we find it the best option for us, always something good to eat whether it's the carve board or the Asian area. Breakfast buffet is great (though the orange juice is too processed, not freshly squeezed). Always a top notch night with Alfredo serving drinks at the lounge bar (and shout out to Andrez as well!). The piano player is fantastic, as was the sax player. We wish that the Lounge area would have more of a piano lounge atmosphere .. playing a little longer. We don't do the White Party or the Pink Party or any of the shows, not our thing. POOL: Jerry at the quiet pool is also always serving with a smile. The chaise loungers are a little worn/saggy and could be replaced with more comfortable ones. Wish there was an option of having a chair at the pool (my hubby has bad back and would prefer to sit in chair to read book). ROOMS: Rooms were always cleaned right away and we don't really use minibar except for water, also always stocked. BEACH: The beach is fantastic and for those who complain about sargassum .. well, it's the ocean. It's nature.

Stay in may 25
Would rate Thai hotel 5 out 5 for everything however pillows need to be better. This is our second visit to this hotel, Big thanks to Marimar Luna who made our stay so much better than last time, she is a credit to RIU.

2 weeks of sun and relaxation
Fabulous! Hubby and I went for 2 weeks April 17-May 2 2025. Start to finish we had a spectacular time. Resort is beautiful, all the employees were so friendly and if you wanted anything you just had to ask. Buffet was excellent, and had a just about everything you can think of for all meals. steakhouse was the best of the restaurants. Rooms very comfortable, we stayed in a pool room, and is was nice to be able to just chill out on our own. Main pools were clean and we'll maintained. Very windy when we were there so no beach for us. 10/10 for our holidays. A definite return.
