Great overall experience. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent food quality. Great entertainment. The only issue was the low quality king size bed mattress which was too soft and vibrant.

Pay attention when you check-in. I paid for and ocean view and they tried to give me something. However they made up for their mistake with a better view then what I paid for. Electrical outlets in room don’t always work so don’t count on your phone being charged in the morning. Hot water comes and goes in the shower and the sink. Room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Thank you Irene. Buffet had a great selection of food from around the world. Steak house was great. Italian restaurant for lunch was the best. Thank you to Raul for your great service. Pool bar was amazing but was closed for two days due to maintenance but Jose Louis made up for it and Brenda at the surf club. Thank you both.

Complete Bliss!!!
Beautiful resort. Staff was amazing. My server, Bianca, at Krystal’s was top notch customer service focused all of the way. I love RIU and have stayed at RIU Palace in Costa Rica. Cabo San Lucas did not disappoint! Loved all of it!

I am highlighting the exemplary customer service of Mitzy and Ivan at the reception desk for check in and any of my odd questions. Ivanna and Alexa for providing the continuous check ins on the grounds of the resort with great communication and smiles. THANK YOU FOR THE BIRTHDAY GIFT IN MY ROOM. Ernestina kept my room clean and tidy. Celia works the omelette station and creates the best omelettes ever with great energy and fantastic smile you will taste her love for cooking in the omelette.

Great time.
Staff were great everywhere at resort (and sister Sante Fe next door where we went to sports bar, pool parties, etc.). Room were good. Food quality seems to have gone down over the years but no specific complaints- plenty of variety and was ok (just not spectacular).
