The entertainment was top tier. The buffet was WAYYYYYY better than the restaurants! I tried all the restaurants. The Asian restaurant was the best out of them all. Buffet food was top tier. The workers, ALLL OF THEM WERE SUPER FRIENDLY KIND AND THOUGHTFUL! Best vacation ever. Loved the pool parties too!

The service was excellent—staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Entertainment was a real highlight, offering top-notch performances and activities. However, some of the content leaned a little too raunchy for kids, which could be a concern for families. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d recommend it for those looking for a relaxing and lively getaway!

Wonderful Birthday
The GOOD PART - Rooms were excellent & clean, great views. The property is well maintained, Drinks and Bartenders were excellent, Staff very pleasant & professional, Excellent Customer Service, Great Amenities, Pools, Entertainment was magnificent (all day, everyday, you canotttt be bored!), Hotel is right on the Beach, Lots of nightlife. DISAPPOINTING PART - Beach shore needed to be cleaned daily like other hotels we have stayed in Jamaica. The Food was mediocre at buffet except the curried chicken. Serving lamb as "curried goat". Two of the 4 Restaurants are closed on the weekend. Very limited seating at the restaurants. Buffet is small for such a large resort and limited in food choices compared to other hotels we have stayed in Jamaica. Hardly any authentic Jamaican food. When travelling to other countries tourists would like authentic native food. Stop Americanizing everything and thinking tourists don't want the authentic Jamaican flavors - we do!. Please add the flavors! There is already enough american/british bland foods at the buffets. Remember, alot of families like ourselves travel for food and we visit 3x per year.

Love My Stay In RIU PALACE AQUARELLE
Everything was too tier. Great food , entertainment, and so much to do. The water sports was so fun. I’ll visit over and over again.

Well needed break from the frigid cold 🥶
I liked the check-in process and overall, i think there is value staying here. Based on the rate I paid I have no complaints. This was my first RIU stay. All the other reviews on here are pretty accurate so i'm not going to repeat. I did think the food was good but probably wont get to try everything as I'm going off site a lot. The staff at this hotel is 100%.
