My mother and I spent 4 days at this hotel to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful time. The staff at this hotel is what sets it apart. They were friendly, attentive and so hardworking. They all had a smile and genuinely seemed happy. Special mention to Tyrone with the entertainment team and Rihanna from the main restaurant. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends so keep up the good work 🥳🌈💥🥰

Apr 19, 2025Avoid. You will not sleep. Your kids will not sleep.
It is 4:00 am, and a party adjacent to the hotel is still blasting music. I get that there's not much the staff can do about it, but I would not stay here, at least not over Saturday night. We are on the 12th floor, it's even louder on lower floors. We put on a while noise app to try to drown it out, but the music and DJ are significantly louder than the app inside the room. You will not sleep. Your kids will not sleep.

Overall, a great experience, however tonight is the last night of our holiday. There is a party going on outside the hotel, the music is so loud it is like it is in the room with us. It's 2am in the morning. I've asked reception what they can do about this to be told "Nothing, it's going on until 5.30am.' No sympathy shown or attempt to help by the desk staff. Asked to move rooms ro be told it wasn't an option. This has really spoiled my opinion of this hotel. Not good enough.

The staff was very friendly, kind, and eager to help. We had lots of conversations with various members and they were all so kind. The pool entertainment was super cute and the entertainment staff was very into their jobs. The beach was super clean. There was some seaweed coming up, but they did a nice job trying to get rid of it. The food was good and the resort was super clean.

Great vacation
Truly wonderful week.. food, drinks and entertainment great!!! We loved Tyrese a beach waiter who would remember our drink preferences for the whole week. Only complaint was that most of umbrellas were broken on beach.. beach staff was wonderful trying to fix them. Had to use broken one once only option.
