Kevin at the Sports bar was one of a very few people who made my trip enjoying! He was very pleasant and quickly responded to guests. He even calmly communicated with a rude guest. Kevin is truly an asset to the resort! Romel, the bell boy, was very helpful and pleasant and was always available to assist. Romel was very welcoming. It was nice to be welcomed by such a kind person. There were also a few waiters and waitresses at the eateries on the resort that were awesome as well. Overall it was a good experience. Adding golf carts by buildings 3 and 4 would be a bonus since it is a long walk.
I was not enjoying my vacation as much as I thought I would because I got a little restless with the constant 24/7 scamming in Negril, but Kevin at the Sports Bar was awesome! His customer service was awesome and his conversation was great. He asked me the one question that no one cared to ask 'How are you enjoying Jamaica so far?" The conversation went in a positive direction from there and it turned my vacation around. Thank you Kevin! Also, Romel was awesome too! He took care of bringing our luggage to the room when we arrived...again, good conversation and good advice about some things to see and try. He also check on us a few other times throughout our stay just to see how we were doing. Excellent customer service from both of them! Ass for the hotel itself, the food is pretty decent and our room was clean. No complaints with those.
Family holiday to celebrate a 60th birthday
We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in October, although it was Jamaica’s rainy season, we were lucky to have some beautiful sunny days with intermittent storms which didn’t last long. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The entertainment team made you feel welcome and always chatted, it could be loud round the pool with their music but there is a quiet pool or the beach. It is a well placed hotel being on the beach and the food was excellent with lots of choice, even for a vegetarian. Overall a very pleasant stay in a clean and well organised hotel.
Everything was perfect, cleaned and fresh towels every day, food fantastic And cocktails to die for, the room was really big with queen size bed lots of cupboard space, and plenty of plug sockets, staff in every department were friendly and helpful, the mini bar in the room was re stocked every day, when I say mini bar I mean a full size fridge plus 5 optics on the wall with full size spirits, ice machine on the bottom floor, the hotel was on the beach so we had the choice of two large pools and the sea, only problem with the sea it was next to a fish sanctuary so had a few people stung by jelly fish, would definitely go again
Perfect all inclusive vacation!
Good all inclusive resort for family fun. The amenities were up to standards. The biggest plus for me is the pool bar. Don't have to leave the water for a drink. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and with good amenities. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Jamaica.
