    Place was great right from we arrived,weather was great,only rained one afternoon for a few hours, food was absolutely delicious,we ate at the Italian,Steak and Gormet restaurants.Also the buffet was great for lunch and breakfast.Staff and entertainment was top notch and place was clean and beautiful, rooms are clean and fresh, will definitely be back for sure.

    amazing hotel

    I can’t explain how amazing this hotel was. I stayed here for 9 days and the staff was amazing and very helpful when our flight back was delayed by 17 hours. They allowed us to stay in our room for an extra night free of charge. The food was amazing- especially breakfast! The rooms were very clean and tidy everyday after the cleaners had cleaned it.

    Couples Getaway

    We had an issue with our credit card at check-in but the front desk was extremely helpful and very patient. This made our stay exceptional because we knew that the staff was there for us. Would definitely stay there again!!!

    I came with family for 5 days and we had a great time and a lot of memories were made! Bonus points for all the delicious mango trees!!!

    Peaceful

    This was a very relaxing trip for us. Our fifth time to Jamaica we've been to RUI's each time except our first which was when we got married in 2000. Property gorgeous however a bit smelly at times which is to be expected k guess. Lovely people amazing food, comfy beds and gorgeous surroundings. Beach better at tropical bay but I'm more a pool person anyhow. I was a bit surprised at one thing, every single time we've been to a RUI in Jamaica we've been acknowledged as a return client, even an upgrade last year and a little gift and note. This time not even a whisper of it nor any Rui class line to check in or out, not a huge deal just a bit surprising and won't keep us from using RUI again either, just an observation.
