Lovely hotel, location was great. Food is plentiful and great variety and all staff fabulous. There are plenty of things to do and nightly entertainment.

May 16, 2025Worst resort experience I ever had DON'T GO!
The check in process was horrible our double bed room wasn't available so we had share a bed for one night then pack up and move the next day NO room service elevators or golf carts to get around the premises the specialty restaurants were booked the entire 5 days there and we tried reserving the same day we checked in the entertainment was bare minimum we had to literally beg for extra bathroom supplies every day they replenish your beverages every TWO days no snacks and the liquor was watered down terribly you have to ask for top shelf liquor and that's watered down too I reached out RIu and she didn't acknowledge any accountability for this disaster of below average experience and service and kicked it back to my travel agent Leonard that's works on the resort was the only one that showed top tier customer service get him to teach his team members

Brilliant resort. Beach and sea amazing. Adults and children loved their time here.
Brilliant all round. Clean, freshly refurbished. Restaurants, buffet, pools, bars all brilliant. Great variety of food. Beach amazing. Sea amazing. Onsite atm machine would be good addition - $20 15 minute total taxi trip to nearest off the resort.

At the hotel now and a little disappointed Lost wrist band whilst snorkelling (very few fish) on day two of 14 days and they want £250 for a new one TUI managed to sort it after several calls but very frustrating Davio from hotel was the only person that was able to assist Reception just said you signed the form when I asked to speak with manager they said yes come back in 7 hours but you can’t eat or drink anything as you do not have a band Only two restaurants open on some nights and you have to book 3 days in advance but they are fully booked by 3am otherwise it’s the buffet restaurant which we prefer not to use Built this holiday up but not what we expected will come back to Jamaica but different hotel

Room was ok. Food was good. Staff was friendly. Bartenders were amazing. Entertainment was a bit lacking compared to other resorts I've been to. All in all good trip for the money. Would definitely come back. One downside was the insistent vendors on the beach daily. I get they are trying to make a buck but when I say I don't want what their selling I don't want to be asked 20 more times.
