Our room was on the first floor. In the after rim of our first day there we took a nap, when we woke up there were very small ants in the beds. We had to visit 3 times before they would move our room. The staff was rude, TeTe one of the entertainers approached my friend & I asked us what we were talking about & if we were talking about her. Then told us to watch out she was watching us.

Currently staying at this hotel with wife and friends. Firstly I'll shall start by saying the hotel is modern clean and well presented. All the staff, reception, dinning, kitchen, maids and all maintenance staff are very very good. They are all very happy and accommodating. The rooms are well maintained kept very clean and are of a high standard. Food is very good always plenty of choice hot and apatizing. Now my down sides, if you are 50+ and not wanting a club 18/30 style holiday then this is not the hotel for you. It is a party hotel with many young adults who while enjoying themselves in general are very well behaved. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pools many under large shade canopies. All areas around the pools are 'NO SMOKING' including vapes and marijuana cigerettes, which are legally enforceable, but there are designated smoking areas for those that still smoke. That said some guests still choose to smoke in the sunbed areas which for is a health issue as I have a lung disease. I spoke to the management of the hotel who assured me that all the teams responsible for policing this problem would be spoken to and would enforced. Well you can probably guess from my review that they did nothing about it, instead of just paying lip service to a customer raising issues I would rather they just said 'sir we really don't care, please just go away'. There are other pool rules that are there to ensure the safety and comfort of all the other guests, but these are ignored as well. I am afraid RIU which used to be a premium brand but in my humble opinion have gone downhill.

The resort was great, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The buffet was amazing. Did a party boat ride with jamfest which was amazing. Looking forward to the next time. Chantelle and Twoaday with nexus was amazing help

This all inclusive stay was very nice. There’s no complaints. Each night was full of entertainment and excitement.
