Pueblo Bonito Sunst Beach Pool Service
We've been owners since 2003, We prefer the pool at 26. We just spent two weeks there and the pool/bar staff at this pool took excelent care of us. Special thanks to: Alfredo, Omar, Veniranda and cook Julia. You are the best. Many thanks for giving us an excellent time at your pool.
Not bad but not the best for Cabo!
Huge resort, a ton of walking or waiting long periods of time on the shuttle bus. Rooms are nice, but ours had air conditioning issues, and we had to switch to another room. We also had a huge bug problem. The roaches, ants, etc. are out of control! Seriously... BAD! Food was good, crowded, but good. Lots of choices. Pools were nice. You could pick adult only or swim with the family. We would not return mainly due to the bugs, and the walking / waiting. Not a bad place for a large family.
WORST RESORT IN CABO
Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO PB Sunset beach. The worst experience you could possibly have. Room maintenance issues, MAJOR safety concerns and NON-existent customer service. AWFUL PLACE. DON’T GO! Had to move 3 times in 2 days due to Water leaks, trip/safety hazards, exposed wiring, broken devices, lack of essential room equipment, resort services were disgraceful...insulted & ignored by Omar Nano, Lobby Manager.
This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Everything here is beautiful from the views to the staff. Great food and delicous drinks. The Market has so many food choices it's hard to choose. Our favorite bartender is Eduardo at the Market Bar. He makes the best drinks!! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing top notch hotel. Only down fall for us is you can't swim in the ocean at this resort, but you can take a free shuttle to their sister resort which does swimmable beach.
Beware of Tipping on your room bill
Stayed at this property on an all inclusive package from Oct 5th to Oct 11th 2019. we booked at night at their Steakhouse with an additional $30 USD charge per person. When we received the dining bill added a tip of $5 USD. Clearly showed beside the tip it was USD. Upon check out noticed an additional charge of $500 Pesos. Challenged the front desk as the tip at 500 pesos amount to just under $25 USD. They refused to refund the error and kept the charge close to $25 USD for a tip. highly suggest anyone who stays there to not tip on your bill.
