Alfredo's the best!
We had a great vacation, but Alfredo at Siempre restaurant made it even better. He went way above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make sure we had a wonderful time, including an extra-special dessert on our last night. Thank you, Alfredo!
Pueblo Bonito Pacifica has been such a great experience. The food, rooms, amenities, and service have been absolutely superb. It’s the perfect location for a relaxing and beautiful getaway with the ones you care about. The staff have all been so professional, polite, and prompt with their service. Alan, our poolside server, has truly exemplified the high standards of the resort, and he has been an absolute pleasure to get to know. Thank you for an amazing honeymoon! -Ryan
Boots on the Beach
We had a blast thanks to Alan!!!! This guy made our trip!!! We got up early ever morning and got seats in his section for the service he provided us, the hotel was also amazing but if we ever go back we will be hanging by the pool in the section Alan has.
Second visit to Pueblo Bonita Pacifica
We stayed for five nights in May and stayed in one of the tower rooms we enjoyed the lounge area and sitting on the private patio in the afternoon for cocktails. Our butler Gabrielle was great he was new here but was very quick to respond and helped us out with our reservations were pretty easy so we didn’t need a lot of other extras. Our room in the towers was a regular room and was a little small and didn’t have a lot of drawer space but it was absolutely fine for a short trip. Overall the property is very nice well-kept and is very peaceful except for when there were a few large loud groups but we always expect that we come down to Cabo! This is definitely one of the quieter properties that we have been to in Cabo and one of the reasons I chose this property. one complaint I have is when other guests bring their own music to play at the pool even though there’s music already playing and don’t seem to care in the fact that other people really don’t want to listen to they’re music!! Food was pretty good overall the first night in Sempre was excellent third night in Sempre was a off with both food and service. We enjoyed the sushi restaurant but we did sit inside and the place could definitely use some ambience it felt very café like. But the food was excellent. I had lunch at the golf course and had we stayed longer we probably would’ve gone back again for lunch and dinner. Our only disappointing meal was at the Peninsula the service was incredibly slow and I actually had to wave down someone to finally bring us a drink which I hate to do in a restaurant! The food was OK I was really hoping that was going to be my favorite restaurant because of the other reviews but decided not to go back on this trip . We will definitely come back again one day I was a little sad to hear they’re going to be building hotels on either side that was one of the great appealing factors that it was on the beach by itself.
Best resort I've ever been to, hands down!
When I first found out this was an all inclusive resort, I was a little apprehensive of what's included. Pacifica, however, more than exceeded expectations. The food here is outrageously delicious. I especially loved the poolside tacos and nachos. They also have a high end sushi restaurant, and siempre for more higher end fare. Delicious, all of them. We took the opportunity to upgrade our rooms and had butler service- Yomilla was a pleasure to work with, pleasant and very efficient! Definitely would recommend butler service for staying on top of things. I don't normally think ti come to the same resort (let alone location) twice, but I would absolutely make an exception for Pacifica resort !
