    Wonderful 2 Weeks!!!

All the front desk staff were so very helpful, especially ERIKA R!! She was always so warm and friendly. Karla also did an outstanding job of cleaning our room each morning during our stay!! Plus Armando Benitez was extremely helpful in assisting me to deal with an urgent family matter back home; Martin Olivas was also extremely helpful with assistance during our 2 weeks as well. Pueblo Bonito is still our favorite resort in Mazatlan!!

    Great time!

Stayed for 10 days of bliss at one of the villas! Service is amazing regardless of where on the property you are! The ladies at the elite club, Karla & Melissa took excellent care of us! Genaro picked us up at the airport & got us there safely. Had an excellent massage by Carolina at the spa & Jose Luis at the main pool made sure our drinks were always full. Would highly recommend!

pass up pueblo bonita emerald bay

took us 3 rooms before we found one that didn't smell like mold. Nothing is what it is advertised, service is at best just ok. The beach is mostly all rocks so if your a beach goer, this is not for you. We had a party of eight, (4 couples), we booked a days fishing trip through the concierge, the company we requested is not who took us out, we were on a boat we thought was the Aires co. boat, turns out we were on a boat affiliated with the hotel. We were given a 40-50 year old boat which had no water, no a/c, no toilet seat, and they had only 4 pieces of bait, for a 6 hour trip. Needless to say we did not catch anything but sunshine. When we got back to hotel we went to concierge office to share our concerns of getting ripped off. They gave us run around, and made us feel that it was our fault, thanks for nothing pueblo bonito... Never again will we stay here.
