    Amazing property!!

This property is amazing and very family friendly. We truly enjoyed roaming the compound, which sits right in front of a hikeable peak, good restaurants within and around the facility; close to a Walgreens, river walk path, etc.

    Rooms Outdated

The rooms are really outdated, we paid $169 per night and there was no continental breakfast, all the food was resort prices $4 for soda? $3+ from a vending machine for a can. Ridiculous for a resort with rooms from the 1990s.

Hotel is dated but the waterpark is fun

Hotel is dated but the waterpark is fun: We stayed at this hotel during the week of Thanksgiving. The waterpark is very fun and there is lots to do there. We had an incident where the guests in the room next to us would not stop playing loud music talking and laughing in the middle of the night. This went on from 12:30 AM to approximately 5 AM. We called hotel security three times. They did come up and even had to come in our room to see where the noise was coming from – which I thought Was very odd as it woke everyone else up in my family. Even after I called the third time and was told police were coming, The guests in the room next to us stopped playing music but talked loudly and laughed for the rest of the night. That did put a damper on our stay there for sure and I wish the hotel did a better job of Handling the situation.

Motel 6 if the Hilton resorts

I was very pleased with the Casita I had chosen UNTIL I was woken up with bugs on me and my nightstand. I took the covers off quickly and they were also in my bed. I called the front desk to say I would like a new room. They sent a security officer to take a report. Not only did he speak to me in such a rude matter he was speaking to me as if I panted the bugs in the room and when I asked where to find the new room he was of no help. He let it be known he was not there to assist me in the middle of the night. Thankfully a nice young man came to escort me to the new room and assisted me, he was more sympathetic then the front desk or the security guard. The gross part is the cleaning crew had been in my room and they said they changed the sheets but I showed them a stain to prove they did not. Now in my new casita the room was smaller then i had chosen and I had a connecting door so i heard EVERYTHING that was going on next door. Needless to say I slept on the couch a few nights. When the site manager had called me the next day I let her know this room was not acceptable and asked if I would be getting a discount on the price she said "Well I see you are traveling with your company, I mean it's not your money right" I was so disgusted by this time I just wanted her off the phone. All she did was give me 80,000 points for my inconvenience. That doesn't even cover the bug situation. After I left I got notification there were 2 pending charges on my card that made me think they charged me twice. When I called highly upset the front desk supervisor interrupted me as I was trying to explain the situation and he said "Ok can I speak now?" I will give David the concierge 20 stars as he was texting me through out the day to let me know the progress on my situation. When I showed him the pics of the bugs and told him how I was treated and that I had left my wallet in my other room, he took great care to make sure i was inform me right away that they got the wallet and will deliver it to me when I get back from work. However well he treated me does not make up from the 5 days of hell I had to deal with. DO NOT I REPEAT DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NOT CHECK IN IT'S OLD AND DIRTY
