I would never book at this resort again! Run the other wat. Terrible customer service, the hotel is in need of repair, we moved twice, both rooms had little to no AC issues with plumbing, dirty sheets, leaking refrigerators, two of the staff impersonating themselves as a supervisor and one as a manager. We could not make reservations. You will be waiting on average 1 hour. This is a resort policy. On top of that, if you choose to eat outside, plan on eating with an American raccoon running around. It was frightening, and disgusting!

I went to the spa to get my crusty nails done mid way through my trip and it was great! Esmeralda was super nice and careful with the gel application, and my nails looked great. Beware the coatis though and keep your doors shut, or they might pillage your room!

Best staff ever , Salatiel, Hector,Esmirelda, Luna , Brian, Christian and many more !!! Always curtious, and go above and beyond to meet our expectations 👍Clean resort, amazing buffet .Beau Can’t say enough great comments ! Will definitely return !

We are repeat guests at Platinum Yucatan Princess, and the staff , the food, the spa, entertainment all outstanding! Special thanks go out to Adolfo, Israel, Christian, Brian, Lizbeth, Abby and so many others who always make our stay A-1 !!

Israel and Catalina make the week
My husband and I had a fantastic week here! We were met by Israel at the door with the biggest smile and best attitude. He made us feel like he'd been waiting for us and was happy we'd finally arrived. He asked our name and remembered it the entire week! He assisted us with great advice to every question and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We had booked a swim out room which exceeded our expectations and met so many wonderful people - staff and guests alike. I'd also like to give a shout out to Catalina (from the main pool) as she went above and beyond with a beautiful smile and excellent service. Our entire new group kept her hopping and she delivered every time. She was a professional but made us feel special with a joke or just a simple 'hola'. We have recommended this resort to our friends and family already. Food at buffet didn't meet our expectations but the restaurants were good. We would have liked to try more authentic Mexican cuisine. Tiled floors in our room were very slippery and several friends were injured in falls (one even broke a arm). Housekeeping was late afternoons so dry towels were an issue but these issues did not detract from our fun.
