Our stay at Planet Hollywood was incredible! The resort is beautiful, lively, and full of fun things to do. A huge shoutout to our butlers, Edwar and Angel—they went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel truly special. Highly recommend this place for a fun, relaxing getaway with top-notch service!

Clevratung my birthday and would love to stay here forever just to be with the entertainment crew
Great time great experience I would highly recommend after my 4th visit to Cancun all experiences are awesome And the entertainment crew are excellent especially luisa and mar and the Mexican brownie The pool party was amazing and the food is second to none The drink choice is all imported top shelf and a great selection

The best hotel plant hollywood cancun
Brilliant entertainment Brilliant food Brilliant activities by luisa and mar from entertainment very kind , foam party was the best with the entertainment team they brought the party , room was cleaned every day 😀 favourite restaurant was sushi and steak house. Planet holly wood hotel is our favourite from being here in Mexico 3 times. Mr and Mrs flaherty

Perfect!!
The service was amazing, our waiter Izmael was brilliant and Jered was very attentive with our birthday surprise for my dad. We had an amazing experience and would reccomend this restaurant to anyone, plus the food is delicious. Overall an amazing experience!

Star class is worth it!
We did adults only star class 🌟 and it was worth every dollar. Our buttlers Yomelle and Jerry treated us like royalty 👑 we were in constant connection via WhatsApp and any request we had was taken care of promptly! PH is a very nice resort, the Indian restaurant was very authentic, the buffet had a lot of selection, the beach was fanominal with soft sand, & minimal seaweed. We had a tough time with getting chairs by the pool but we are late risers. The very popular coffee/ice cream shop always has a line as it's in the family area. Planet Hollywood is a 45 min drive from the airport but if you are a beach person it's well worth it. Again, if you are contemplating the star class, do it! Thanks again Yomelle & Jerry for taking amazing care of us
