My friends and I stayed for a week and had a great time. Activities with Brayan, Kevin, and Diego were so much fun! We did various tastings with Esther and Emilio at the bar and they were so knowledgeable. Gerardo at the pool took such good care of us day after day, we never had an empty glass. Berenice knew our orders for breakfast and made sure we got everything perfect to start each day. A lovely group of people work at this resort! The only down side was the private butler service. We got excited to have this, but found ourselves underwhelmed at best. We had to seek him out on day two after he failed to contact us. We used the concierge to make reservations and had to ask for daily activities lists, which rarely included all the activities available. Abraham needs to work on his buttering skills.

Stayed at Paradisus in Cabo San Lucas November 2019. Staff was absolutely amazing, made us feel welcome, valued, relaxed. Suggest that the main lobby / bar keep music playing throughout the day to provide atmosphere, with livelier music at night when there is no live entertainment. Otherwise, the facilities were very clean, simple yet functional design, and well maintained overall. We had a wonderful time learning about the culture by speaking to the staff and venturing out to San Jose, San Lucas, La Paz, Todos Santos, and Playa Balandra with great recommendations from Daphne at the concierge desk. Even enjoyed a nice pedicure at the spa without having to plan months in advance which some resorts expect visitors to do. Highly recommend this hotel centrally located between San Jose and San Lucas - best of both cities. Special thanks to concierges Daphne, Ernesto,hostess/server Samantha, server Giselle, bartender Marco, bartender Luciano, server at La Palapa Albert, Head Chef at La Palapa who made us a meal from the heart. All providedgreat service! PS. The beach at the Cabo Paradisus was fun, navigable, but had a strong undertow 🌊. My husband almost lost his shorts!! 😱
Dj isaac and jose Luis are awesome keep me going all night long! Great experience at paradisus cabos was the best i would definitely come back for a visit anythime. The treatment was above and beyond. Recommended it 100% !
Horrible food and below average service
This hotel lacks quality and service. Full of Inexperienced staff. Food quality and taste are equivalent to a 2.5-3 star hotel. By day 3 we dreaded going to the restaurants. The worst was the Spanish restaurant Mole. Poor food quality and awful taste. Our hotel room bathroom smelled of sewer. Even though we changed our room in the middle of our stay, the bathroom still smelled. Restaurant managers weren’t organized and rarely had record of our dinner reservations. The servers in the restaurants messed up our food order several times. Horrible food selection at the buffet. Steakhouse meat quality was a disaster. On a positive note the hotel’s interior decor is very nice but that’s about it. We have been to several all inclusive hotels throughout Mexico but never been this dissatisfied.
Awesome service from Josefat and Marco's the bartender! Josefat is gave great service on the beach very accommodating! He brought drinks and foods very quickly. Her was super nice and friendly! Thank you!
