    Great family vacation

    This was our 2nd time at the resort. We went last year and loved it so decided to book again this year and we had a wonderful time. It is super kid friendly, especially for younger kids. Ours are 1,4, and 6 and it was perfect for them. They have a smaller waterpark that was perfect for their ages and the pirate ship pool was a hit. The shows were super cute each night and they really try hard to make it extra fun for the kiddos. We did the swim out suite and it was fantastic and our concierge Andres was very nice and helped us with dinner reservations and brought cute gifts for the kids. The resort is beautiful which made it super nice for adults too.

    Oswaldo and Joel were amazing in the restaurant, so hospital, very friendly. Fantastic server and would recommend this hotel for great food and wonderful service. Best servers, so attentive. Top class. Excellent

    Kidsdom is AMAZING!!! Can’t say enough amazing things about it and our stay at Paradisus!!!!

    I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Paradisus Playa del Carmen (Esmeralda) Family Resort!!!! We were two moms staying with our 2 and 3 year olds. We had a BLAST!! A few things in particular to note starting with the most important: 1) Kidsdom: THE KIDS CLUB IS AMAZING!!!! Like this MADE our trip. I can’t say enough great things about the girls working in the Kids Club/nursery service. We specifically chose this resort because it had care for kids under 4 and we were completely blown away. Some days we left them in the morning so we could go to the adult side pool. Some evenings we left them so we could have an adult dinner. The girls were kind and caring. They made crafts with the kids, took them to the beach to make sandcastles, had face painting, balloons, etc. Our kids were so excited to go each time and easily said bye! 10/10 highly recommend!!! Like I said, THIS MADE OUR TRIP!!! 2) Pools are awesome!!!! The 3 year old loved the Pirate pool and AquaZone…most brave I’ve seen her in the water! 3) The ice cream “shop” was a hit!!! Small portions were perfect for the kids in particular! 4) Hibachi at Bana was good, but scared the kids so much it definitely wasn’t enjoyable 🤣🤣 5) I’d read mixed reviews about the buffet, but it was perfect, especially for the kids. I would recommend eating there for all meals with super small children! 6) We did Family Concierge but wouldn’t again…it was fine but not worth the extra cost in my opinion. We had an amazing stay and we are already planning on coming back next year!

    A very relaxing vacation.!

    Great Service especially Angelo by the kids pool, whose service is more than excellent. Has a pleasant attitude towards the resort's guests. Smiling face gives you a relax view of how service should be. Muy Bien!
