    Stay Away...

    Positive- If I had to look for a positive... my son liked the water park. However, a number of items was broken with yellow tape around the item to show for the kids to stay off of it. There also was a bowling alley that was offered (included). Now for the negative- the room, was okay. It could be cleaner. The sheets had stains and hair from previous occupants was found within the blankets. My husband and I cleaned the room completely for me to feel comfortable about me and my family to sleep/remain in the room. So if staying in, please bring your complete cleaning products (to include Lysol and bathroom cleaners). I also pack my own set of pillowcases and sheet sets, in cases of this happening. So with being a mini getaway for me and my family, we were able to deal with it. One night we wanted to eat some late night food (at 11pm), upon ordering room service, we were made aware that the late night (11pm- until) room service was only permitted for "Privilege guests". And how did we find this out? Used the resort's mobile app, input the order, was charged $75 in USD. Contacted Guest Services who advised for me to contact room service directly and place the order. Contacted Room Service directly and was advised that unless we was "Privilege Guests", it was going to be a charge for room service, at an all inclusive resort. Also keep in mind the night before we ordered room service when we checked to verify room service and was told that there wasn't any room service restrictions. Then the next morning, in order to reserve space at the specialized restaurants required you to make reservations starting at 8am until they became full. At 8am, I went into the mobile app to make this reservation, but for some reason my app reflected that the restaurant was "closed". Until my family and I was walking by and seen that the restaurant was indeed open. When I returned back to the app, now all the reservation spots were taken and now was unable to make a reservation. So to answer the question if me or my family would ever return back to this resort ABSOLUTELY NOT... AND do yourself a favor AND STAY AWAY!!!

    Overall Stay Review

    My Overall Stay I would give a 7 out of 10. 10 being the exceptional services of two specific employees that worked in Martha's Market, Kacy-Ann & Tracy-Ann were thee absolute BEST employees you have on the entire grounds! Me and my family felt like we were really at home when walking into Martha's Market, they both made sure all was well with us to the point that we didn't even want to visit any other buffet areas on the resort we just wanted to deal with them. Due to our early flight arrival we got to the resort a little after 12, we were told by the front desk that it would be a wait to check in as check-in isn't until 3pm but they would check us in as soon as our room is available, she also mentioned we now have access to resort which was wonderful they took our bags and we got to explore the amazing resort which is so beautiful. I honestly thought me and my family would wait an hour, after two hours I came back to the front desk to check the status if our room was ready only to be told by the girl at the front desk to check back in another hour, I saw families that came after me be checked in before 3pm, the same girl didn't even look in a computer or checked she dismissed me as if she just wanted me to know check in was at 3pm and I had to wait. They had given my sons and alarm which told them their room was also ready at 2pm. I watched the same front desk crew change shift and nothing told me more that they just didn't want the responsibility of checking me in to make them over stay their shift. I waited a total of 3hrs and 15 minutes, I was exhausted and drained the check in process I give a 6, the night shift people were much more courteous and empathetic. All Greeters, Bag Handlers and even Security were also so amazing I give them a 10. Upon arrival to our room the room was not cleaned properly I could visibly see hair in some areas of the bathroom, shower, bed and couch. The shower had a brown residual film on the floor and the toilet stall needs proper ventilation the room smelled like it had water damage it didn't smell fresh my entire stay. The bed frames were wooden so there was excessive dust on the headboard, very disturbing. The couch is white so of course the makeup stains were visible, after I mentioned this to Guest Services the next day when I went on my tour trip and returned back my room was very clean. I don't at all blame housekeeping it seem as though there workload is heavy and requires them to have limited time to get the rooms in order for the guest in a crunch time. Which also explains the check-in process. The housekeeping staff was still amazingly kind and got us towels and rags as we needed. Not sure I will be back to this resort but I wish them all the best and since their fairly new hopefully they will take this in consideration of very necessary improvement.

    I had an amazing time.

    I had an amazing time. I had some issues on the first day and they were quickly resolved by Guest Services Manager Mr. Shanardo Weston. 10/10 recommended. The resort is aesthetically pleasing, the staff were very accommodating. It was overall a good trip.

    Awesome experience

    My husband and I stayed here for a few nights and we had the best time! The staff was very helpful and courteous. The resort was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment and really loved the wide variety of options to dine.. Our favorite was Sugar Cane restaurant. We will definitely return!

    Went with my wife for a get away and the experience was world class . The interaction with staff was great and the extent of which they go to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable is very commendable.Special thanks to the Service Manager Shanardo who was exceptional and define good customer service
