I did a day pass and I got to stay the whole day. It was a great experience. I’d love to actually stay there for longer cause the ambience is everything I love the pool, the food the beach and although I couldn’t stay in the rooms. I saw my aunts room and it was amazing 10/10 would recommend. It had all these lil variation of places to eat from. Was like being in a mini city.

Can't wait to go back
The employees are all polite. The staffs were attentive to ensure that all your needs were be met. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. The environment clean and well maintained. They have a jerk center and food was amazing. They also have a coffee shop and it has everything you need to jump start your morning.

Amazing stay
Very nice clean hotel and had Such a lovely stay with friendly and helpful staff especially guest service manager Andre Higgins! He went above and beyond to help us with anything and everything! Can’t wait to come back again and stay with my family!

A fabulous March break at Ocean Coral Spring.
Our family had a perfect vacation at this beautiful resort. The property is clean, well maintained and offers everything that we would expect from a 5 star family resort. - Rooms are well designed, comfortable bed, spacious with well stocked fridge and lots of storage. - bathroom spacious, separate toilet stall, rain shower, jacuzzi bath, anti-fog mirror,etc. - Waterpark and kids pool for younger kids. This is where our family spends most of our time. Ocean Burger grill by the pool offers kids friendly (and adults too) meals. - large main pool which is bigger than most resorts. Great swim-up bar. -lazy river! Kids love it! -we tried all restaurants and they all are very good. Quality food and friendly staff. We enjoyed all of the on-site restaurants. - friendly and helpful staff. They are always so polite and ready to help with the 2 young kids every time we sit down for meals. I have travelled to 12 Caribbean destinations and 16 stays and this is on the to of my pick for family. The resort is a good size walkable property that you do not need the buggy to go around. The central square is where most restaurants and evening activities are happening. Very nice atmosphere. Good to hang out after dinner and have an ice cream or a cup of coffee/tea from Mike’s cafe and chill. We enjoyed our stay so so much. Thank you Ocean Coral Spring!

I went to Ocean Coral Spring hotel with 9 other family members to celebrate my 60th bday. First, before going I emailed and called guest services multiple times in an attempt to plan something for my special day, to no avail. I never got a return email. While at the hotel, I was so disappointed. Not all, but a lot of the female staff that worked in food service areas were very rude and nasty. This was an all inclusive hotel, but you could not get room service breakfast without an upcharge of $25. While at the bar near the pool we tried to order and was told they had no more cups, period! No explanation as to if more were coming or anything. We waited about 10min and nothing. So we left and went to the pool, only to be told that they had no more towels, REALLY!!! That's not it, at the outdoor cafe near the water park, we were told there were no more plates!! At that point I had had it. The hotel wasn't even that crowded. I spoke with guest services about the issues, but that was a waste of breath. This was not what I expected for my 60th bday. My guest were disappointed because so many items were not included in all inclusive. We had no idea about the upgrade to PRIVILEGE status. When we were in Mexico at Breathless, all inclusive meant ALL inclusive. It was beyond wonderful. I will never come here again or refer anyone to this hotel. I have also informed the travel agency of these issues and to beware before sending anyone here!
