May 17, 2025Fantastic resort and a great value!
This was our first trip to Punta Cana and it not be our last. I can’t say enough about this resort. The people, the grounds, cleanliness, and the food were all wonderful. My mom had never been keen on all inclusive but we got such a good deal and wanted a quick beach trip that she agreed. She has changed her mind and we are planning to return in February. We have traveled a lot over the years and this ranked right up there with others. It was quiet, relaxing and an excellent experience. Never pressured by vendors selling excursions and time shares and always felt completely safe walking the grounds to and from eating. We highly encourage you to get a pool view, it was great. I would like to talk about the food. There are so many options. If you can’t find something to eat, you need to have your head examined! We ate at 3 of the restaurants along with the buffet. All were good. The steakhouse was my least favorite but it was still good. They had a chocolate cake at the buffet that is the BEST chocolate cake I have ever eaten anywhere. So moist and it was consistently good night after night. Yes, I ate it at least once a day and I’m not sorry. I highly recommend this place. We stayed 5 nights and I could have stayed that many more. Even with rain a couple days/nights it was still very enjoyable.

OBS are the best ever we had beautiful paradise island
This is my second time return same hotel 2007 and 2024, for my fiancé never been to Caribbean islands before yes first time he fall in love with a beautiful paradise island, We have wonderful flight with TUI Dreamliner with entertainment tv screen movie games and music, provide drinks and 2 meals and snack! the cabin crews is good to us cos we are deaf, we use hands move to understand what we communicate with them, lady sit next to me she’s helpful listen pilot speak and explain me what they says, shame she won’t be in my hotel she’s two next hotel away from us, thanks for everything flight and foods 10/10 We arrived Punta Cana airport went smooth and catch transport drop us off hotel at the last! Punta Cana airport looks improved 10/10 We are so exciting arrive OBS looks same to me nothing change since 2007! They give us champagne or orange juice, the staff take us to our room block 8 ground floor can see the pool and garden wow room looks spacious cool and bathroom is beautiful we do really happy with room overall 10/10 2 massive swimming pools with bars lovely, I can be honest to says tiles and floor needs update, gets more sun beds umbrella and tables so the sun beds plastic is not safety for everyone who is over weight and burn skin, 7/10 Restaurants and main are variety of foods 10/10 Beach is heavenly beautiful white and blue sea 10/10 All staff is brilliant very good to us we miss them never forget about people we met 10/10 Excursions we booked trip buggy and Dominican Republic culture are amazing we loved it best trip! 10/10 We will definitely return this hotel future I’ll recommend you all come to Dominican Republic are worth and great experience I’m glad my fiancé keep talk about his paradise and want return bring our friends with us next time :-) xx

Watch out for your wallet even in your own hotel room! We have arrived on Thursday afternoon and by Friday 2PM someone already stole my card details from our hotel room! We only have realised about one card being used at the time which we have reported halfway through in our 10 days long holiday. Security told us there will be an update in 48 hours but failed to do so up until the point we were checking out. Only realised now that money is going missing from another bank account as well. What a nightmare this wholething turned into! On top of everything, we have purchased for 20000USD the Premium Travel Club membership which we now highly regret!

Excellent stay
Ocean Blue & Sand, in Punta Cana. It's a destination that offers you the security of family, couples, or singles. It's a destination that caters to its guests and visitors. It offers a series of restaurants for different tastes and first-class service. My stay was spectacular and included a variety of activities. I 100% recommend this destination. I would like to thank Mr. J. Harry for his service and attention; his dedication and service to guests is of the highest quality and excellence. Mr. David from Privelage Lounge provided excellent service and dedication to guests; and Mrs. Ana J. Poulo for her attention and dedication to meeting our needs and those of the room. The staff in general is of the highest quality and excellent service. My thanks to Mr. J. Harry for his service and attention during the week of May 5-9, 2025.

Awesome service and we haven’t even arrived!
It’s our 20th wedding anniversary and I wanted to upgrade as a surprise for my husband. I called the resort and spoke with Dahiana, the reservation manager. She was amazingly helpful and walked me through the process. She sent me a test email to confirm that we could communicate and after a small hiccup, that was totally on my part, she confirmed everything and absolutely made my day. This is our fourth time to the Dominican Republic, and the first time we’re staying at a different resort. After my interaction with Dihiana and reading the positive reviews, I’m really looking forward to our trip.
