    Not good! Gross!

Mold in our bathroom. Sewage gasses from the drains. Bad service and attitude from certain employees. Very dirty bathrooms outside (especially the one next to Dos Lunas buffet). You don't want those details! Eight in our group got a food illness. This was from eating at different restaurants within the hotel. Been to Cancun six times and this has been the grossest hotel I've been to. Wasn't this bad in 2001 when it was called Calinda Beach. If you want a great experience at a good price go to Dreams. If you want the best experience go to Hyatt Ziva. Pricier but well worth it. Both hotels are great for families with kids.

It was a very magnificent stay I thank everyone for their good intentions and kindness. A suggestion is that there is more diversity in the food. I would like to make a special mention to Victor Cruz, Dany Sequeira, Pedro Dzul and Dorian Dominguez for their attention and hospitality.

It's ok. U get what u pay for I guess...

Great service, wonderful staff. Resort itself is ok, nothing special. All inclusive wasn't that worth it for me cuz I only liked one restaurant *LA BAMBA* which is a seafood restaurant. Most of the food elsewhere was not good, and I am not even picky but also I am not big on Mexican food tho. My family who likes Mexican food they were fine with it. They serve other foods but not good at all. Pasta was watery and tasteless. Fries were always cold. Oriental food too salty. My kids loved the buffet Dos Lunas. The buffet serve different foods daily so that was one good thing... Other than food, one inconvenience was-- there was only one working elevator in our wing and it was super small and crowded so we had to do lots of waiting cuz sometimes it's too full... There were also not very many activities suitable for us so we ended up spending more $ for activities outside resort. We thought we would save $ on all inclusive in mexico than hawaii, but we spent more here than our trip to Hawaii. We chose this place as it is known to be family friendly. However, we have 8 year old and 12 year old. The kid zone is more for little kids like toddlers so my kids ended up not crazy for that. There's a video game thing for them, that's about it but they can play games on their iPad if need be. Overall, it was ok. Budget friendly hotel but for couple hundred more bucks we could've gone somewhere better that other family have gone to.
