We had such a wonderful experience at Melia. We’re a family of 5 and everyone had such a great time. The staff here really go nice and beyond! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend
We had an amazing time at the Melia! All the staff were friendly and just exceptional. Diego and Santos were phenomenal at the pool given the amount of people being served. We were always taken care of. Our concierge, Santiago made sure we had reservations every night for dinner and that we were well stocked in our room everyday. We HIGHLY recommend this resort and will most definitely come back again, but for more than 7 days.

Nice facility, good rooms and service if you upgrade to the Level. Hot buffet food was not hot enough. Sargassum weed was a huge issue on the beach. Not the hotel's fault, but the measures taken to get rid of it were totally inadequate.

Meliá Cozumel has it all!
Terrific from start to finish, great room, service, staff, food, location, beach…off site visiting to downtown or area eating places quick and easy. Upgraded our room but did not do the Level, very happy with that decision. Jeep rental(HTL) delivered to the hotel and would rent from again.

Our first Cozumel visit
We had a pleasant stay at Meliá Cozumel. Our room was comfortable and the cleaning staff was fantastic. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The quality of the food was good but not a lot of variety. The grounds were clean and well maintained.
