    Massage therapy

    Extremely relaxing, calming. The room was serene with outdoor shower. She was professional and knew where to focus. 50 minutes goes by fast!

    Fun time!

    Overall great trip, reasonable price, clean, friendly staff! It was basically impossible to make a reservation and the food is mediocre. Also pool fills up so quickly you should get there at 8am latest to find a spot!

    Best Vacation in a long time

    If i could choose what stood out the most to us about Melia Caribe Resort, it would be; the amazing work the staff do and their ways of making you feel welcomed, informed, and supported from begining to end. And none better than our concierge Jesus Merejildo, from day one we were free to explore and checked on by him, who made us feel right at home. Any issue or suggestion big or small was aleays met with effort and enthusiasm. It made exploring this massive beautiful escape much more seamless. 100% would recommend. Thanks Jesus and Melia Caribe staff for a wonderful vacation!

    The Level experience was good but could be better

    This was our first trip to Punta, Cana, and to this resort. We signed up for the Level experience which we were pleased with the property is very well maintained and expansive. The room we had in building number 46 was nice but somewhat dated and needed a bit of TLC. For instance, the shower drain was partially clogged and I found the doors on the kitchen cabinets to be hanging on by a thread. Overall, the room was really nice and big. The bed was comfortable. The service was excellent. The food in the Rivera restaurant left a bit to be desired. The breakfast pancakes were like hockey pucks and the crème brûlée was pretty disgusting and in no way shape or form resembled crème brûlée. The pool areas were very nice as well as the rest of the property. We did go to the Mercado restaurant a few times for lunch and Japanese and Italian restaurants for dinner. Those were all excellent and overall it was a great experience, but the dining experience was a bit disappointing in some areas.
