Good experience.
Very good experience. Food in is good and the drinks in general as well. The room was great. Most of the staff was very helpful and thoughtful, especially our concierge Anthony. The Rumba bar and the drinks made by Lary de los Santos were also great. The beach had some sargaço, although the resort tried their best to keep it away and clean. The beach bars were not that great since they had to have some of the drinks made fast, then it lack in quality. Hotel grounds are very beautiful.

Family Holiday Punta Cana
The Riviera was our favourite restaurante. We went for breakfast there every morning. The breakfast staff in particular Celia, Richard and Cristian were incredible. They were so kind to our family and ensured our every need was taken care of. Such lovely people and made us feel so welcome. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend to families and individuals. We are very sad to leave and return home from this beautiful resort.

Oversold and under delivered
We had booked The Level. The pools and beach were great. Kids had a great time at the Kidsdom. But that was the only good part. The service experience was terrible, probably one of the worst I have stayed at, and I travel a lot for work, as well as for leisure with my family. 1. The check in experience at The Level was poor. It was clear that they only cared about selling upgrades. Before upgrading, we checked out room types. We landed on a room type, but when we actually went to our room it didn’t have the amenities we were shown - the outdoor gazebo wasn’t there, but was shown to us previously while selling the upgrade, we had kids and were shown a room with partition between the king bed and the twin beds but the actual room we checked in didn’t have that. The “jacuzzi” in the room had broken jets. There were two shower heads in the bathroom, and one of them didn’t work at all. The bathrooms didn’t carry basics like face towels. There were ZERO face towels. The twin beds didn’t not have any duvets for the kids. The QR code to get to the Room Service Menu kept bringing us to a different page, and not the menu for room service. 2. The service quality was the worst experience of all. The concierge was poor in his ability to execute any requests. Our room didn’t have some of the basics like bath mats, duvets for twin beds and face towels. We asked the concierge to get them delivered, and neither did they arrive, nor did he follow p with us giving us an ETA on when they would be there. Our kids ended up sleeping without the duvets the first night. They didn’t arrive till I finally went to the “The Level” check in, and called out the concierge to his manager, and they apologized and then the housekeeping delivered it within minutes, and the concierge also followed up to confirm they got delivered. It was very very poor. We tried to book restaurants for dinner and none were available online to be booked - they all showed full. We seemed assistance from the concierge, who also couldn’t get us anything the first day. He promised to get back to us for the following days by 10AM the next morning, and never followed up. I had to go to the The Level check in to find him, hold him accountable for him needing to follow up, call his manager, and complain about his lack of follow up on any of our requests. I clearly let them know I will be writing this review when we were done from our vacation. I didn’t expect them to pull strings to book us the restaurants if none were available, but I expected them to follow up with us timely so that we could arrange alternative plans to eat if we needed to. Of course, after I complained, within minutes I had reservations for dinner for the next three nights. But it need not have been that way. For it being a kid friendly resort, they don’t have life jackets to provide to the kids. This is the only hotel I I have been to with water parks that don’t provide life jackets. You had to go to their gift shop and buy overpriced blow up life jackets. Really really disappointing. I will be writing this entire review on Google and Trip Advisor for public knowledge. I would not return here nor would I recommend families with kids to go
