Jan 25, 2025Fantastic experience, already planning a return!
My wife and I had a fantastic 5 night experience at this resort!! We loved everything about it, the room, food, pools, and especially the staff. From the time we arrived, our butlers Joaquin and Enrique made us feel at home, they were wonderful. This is not a huge resort, which is something we loved about it. It’s large enough to have a good variety of restaurants, pools, and bars, but small enough that we never felt crowded. A few highlights of the trip are: - In the members pool area, Carlos made sure we had a place to relax every day and cared for all our requests at the pool. - We had an amazing couples massage at the spa that included hydrotherapy. I highly recommend both masseuses Laura and Rayna. - Dinner at JWB Steakhouse was our favorite meal. Our waiter Julian was the best, and the filet was excellent! - One waiter we saw in multiple restaurants, Noel, was our favorite waiter of the week. He worked at multiple restaurants and just made us feel like family, he was so fun.

Great experience!
We have had a great time here, especially with the bartenders at Salted Rim: Gibran, Victor, Alain, and Louis who mixed up excellent drinks all night! The cocktail menu is extensive and you can get any type of drink with theatrical presentations including smoke bubbles and fire.

Salted Rim Bar
The bartenders are absolutely top notch and very informative. A big thankyou to Gibron, Victor, Alain and Luis for the hospitality. Made us feel very welcome and the salted rim is a great place to hang out with good friends. The guys there were very attentive to all the guests needs and service was speedy.

Salted Rim Bar Staff exceed expectations!
The mixologists and bar staff at the salted rim were phenomenal. They made very good drinks and entertained all the guests very well. Gibran, Victor, Alain and Luis are all top-notch bartenders. They made the experience very enjoyable! Heading to the salted rim was the first stop every day and sometimes multiple times a day!

Fun, clean facility with great service
Great facility, very beautiful. The staff is extremely helpful - we were very grateful to Enrique and Mariel, our concierge, for their amazing service and kindness, and many of the restaurant staff for their knowledge with food allergies (especially Gerardo and Erick at the Boathouse).
