9 Doors Japanese restaurant is located on the ground floor of the lobby and is divided into the sushi bar and Teppanyaki area. In the Sushi Bar you will find an excellent and elaborate selection of sushi and 8 Teppanyakis, with capacity for 10 people and six sittings per day, you can have a real experience of show cooking whilst enjoying Japanese cuisine.

Our week at Majestic Elegance was once again fantastic. We’ve been there seven times now and it keeps getting better. A lot of credit goes to our Butler Victor, who is always embraced us with professionalism, humor, and a caring nature. He makes a point of finding us on the resort every day and checking in on us to make sure we’re OK and if we need anything. He made all the reservations for dinner, hooked up the guys for their golf days and just overall was a big plus for our group as he has for many years All of the staff at Majestic Elegance are great. A friendly greeting every time we come across anyone goes a long way. The resort is spotless and even though it’s over 20 years old, it looks brand new. We will be back in 2027.

Staff was exceptional!!
We were here visiting the properties for our travel clients and found the bar staff at Elegance amazing! Yanery, Roberto, Alxander, Marielis, Sandra, Mary, and Aramy at the main bar were fantastic! So attentive and fun. This was our favorite bar out of all three Majestic properties!

Experience Paradise at the Majestic Elegance Resort!
As part of the large group mentioned in Glenn’s post, we also consider ourselves family members of this resort and recently spent a week with our friends and family in paradise. The Majestic Elegance Resort is, without a doubt, a resort that provides amazing service and amenities, clean rooms, fun entertainment and a variety of food choices that will please any person’s palette. I returned to this resort with my husband, so that he could also experience the upgraded Elegance club VIP adults-only package! Once again, it did not did not disappoint us. Our concierge was Olbis, and from the moment we arrived, he welcomed us as family and was very attentive to our every need. It’s evident every day that all the staff at the Majestic Elegance work hard to make your experience the best possible one it can be. This includes the gardeners, the room cleaning crew, food and drink servers, poolside service, the Spa team, and the concierge team. I want to mention some specific staff members who were part of our daily fun, who welcomed us as family, with open arms and exemplary hospitality: Club C pool bar : Maxima, Anyelina, Marilania, Santa, Rosa Club C pool concierge: Franstzceaux, Victor, Jesus, Joan, Joel, Walliam They all make it a great location by the beach, where you can enjoy the music, float in the pool, or just relax in a cabana with the sound of the waves! My husband and I very much enjoyed our time together here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation, that was worth every dollar we spent. Worth The Trip
4 years in a row & already planning our next visit. Elegance is a beautiful resort but what really makes it #1 in our hearts are the people. From arrival to departure the employees are friendly, kind and go out of their way to ensure you are enjoying this piece of paradise. Thank you for sharing it with us. Oblis my friend you have been with us since our 1st visit and always go out of your way to ensure we are having a great time and have everything we want. Your thoughtfulness is always appreciated. We can’t forget the girls & Joel 😉 at “Club C” Maxima, Santa, Anyelina, Marilania & Joel you are all wonderful and always so welcoming with a smile🍹.
