Apr 26, 2025Getaway to Paradise.
Facilities are outstanding, everything is first class ,food , location, attendants are very pleasant. You feel like you're in your own house. We're totally satisfied our concierge Yrani went ABOVE & BEYOND also restaurants , bars, and the rest of attendants did such a great job. Definitely we will go back to Aqua.

Overall would recommend this resort but not as good as other reviews made it seem. Service with Robley and Wandy at Miraflores was our favorite part. Entertainment and classes with Red were also really great! Food was not the best we’ve had at an all inclusive but pretty good. Wish there were more options for dinner. Service at meals was not always great, would wait quite a long time for someone to even come to the table. There are A LOT of mosquitoes on the swim up patio, so much that we did not use ours. Our room had view of a construction site which had workers and loud noises, regret not asking to be moved given how much we paid.

Very nice
Good food,room and services. Mairely one of the staff is wonderful . I love the stay I will recommend . The entertainment is good and the facilities are very nice and safe. Rooms are clean and nice.. Mairely is the best she was so nice and respectful.

Apr 23, 2025Warning to Travelers: Beware of Timeshare Scams at Posadas Group Hotels
I strongly advise caution when booking with Grupo Posadas properties, including Live Aqua and others in their portfolio. During my stay, I encountered aggressive sales agents pushing timeshare products under misleading and false pretenses. They made enticing promises that were never honored once the contract was signed—and then completely disappeared, leaving no support or accountability behind. Attempts to resolve the issue with Grupo Posadas have been incredibly frustrating. Rather than taking responsibility, they shifted blame onto me, showing no intention of making things right. If you’ve experienced a similar situation at any Posadas-affiliated hotel, please reach out. We are actively organizing a class-action lawsuit to hold this company accountable for its deceptive and unethical practices.

Caution: Timeshare Scam Linked to Grupo Posadas at Live Aqua
While the hotel itself is decent, guests should be extremely cautious. During our stay, we were approached by aggressive and deceptive sales agents affiliated with Grupo Posadas. They pushed timeshare packages using false promises and high-pressure tactics. Once the deal was closed, they vanished—classic scam behavior. What’s worse, the hotel and the Posadas Group refused to take responsibility. They denied any affiliation with the salespeople, claimed the individuals weren’t their employees, and made no effort to investigate or offer a refund. This appears to be a well-coordinated and deliberate scheme. If you’ve been misled into purchasing a fraudulent timeshare package through this group—especially at a Live Aqua location—please contact me. We are currently preparing a class-action lawsuit to hold Grupo Posadas accountable for their fraudulent and unethical practices.
