Still the Grand Dame of Acapulco....
If you really want the feel of Mexico with your own pool and great service, Las Brisas is the answer. Unbelievable views from each room, and the CLIFF restaurant. Food is excellent, and the employees are really friendly. We really liked the beach club where we met Sylvester Stallone, and had some great drinks & lunch. If you play tennis you will love the location of the courts on the side of a cliff. Prices have come down over the years to compete with the new glitz and glamour hotels where all the tourists go to. If you want a quiet, romantic and really relaxing resort, this is it. We have been here 5 times, and is the only place we would stay at in all of Mexico.
I’ve visited this hotel for many years, it has a privileged location, views and interesting heritage. Unfortunately it has declined a lot in terms of service, food and condition of the apartments. It is not as exclusive and flawless in every detail as it used to be
Good view, friendly staff, barely average everything else
This property is a relic of Acapulco's golden age. All the property jeeps are named after the Hollywood elite and global figures who have visited in the past. Well, that was the past. We were taken to our room, and found it most unsatisfactory. The private pool are had used tissues, the cushions were burnt and stained. Inside the table still had drink rings from the previous guests, the bathroom mirror had water stains, and there were stains on the walls. I spoke to the front desk, they were polite and attentive, and prepared another room for us. The new room was a Jr. suite which had a little larger bathroom. The view was incredible and having a private pool was so nice. They put beautiful flowers in our pool daily, delivered breakfast each morning and left a flower and chocolates inside. Despite this being their attempt to make up for the poorly prepared room, there was still an empty shampoo bottle in our planter and the a/c couldn't keep up. It made a loud cracking noise which kept us up at night and by the last day left a puddle on the floor. What you're paying for here is the view. The hotel is dated and moderately maintained. Wifi was average at best.

Amazing Mountain side resort overlooking Acapulco Bay. Although the Beach club is a shuttle away, this is a perfect Casita style resort with each unit sporting a beautiful view, along with a private pool. you would never know anyone was even close to you it is so private. The food was amazing, service excellent, amenities perfect. I would recommend this resort to all travelers. This 20 acre mountain side resort with it's old world feel and special touches is perfect for an amazing Acapulco vacation. Contact me for me details! I love this place.
Our favorite place in Acapulco
We love this hotel, we always enjoy our stay. Our junior suite had a great view and a very nice shower and pool. Will be back for sure! Room service is good, and La Concha private beach club is also a great place for lunch
